I am so sorry it took me forever to update the last chapter of this book. I am working to catch up on some school work. It was a night to remember.

The Alpha chasing after his mate in celebration to the full moon and their goddess above, their love was fresh in the air. The rest of their pack quickly shifted and followed their leaders. A run that matched their powers, their strength, and their world-it was a run that showed how strong they were as a pack.

Octavia could feel her mate's feet fast behind her. She dug in her feet deep as she ran faster ahead of him. If he wants her to submit, he will have to catch her first and she wasn't going to give it to him easy. Her mate's guttural growl can be heard closely behind her-so close she could almost feel him breathing down her neck.

She swerved around a large standing oak tree and risked a glance back to see Maksim hot on her trail. She let out an almost like squeal before she tripped over a tree root that stuck out of the ground. If the root was alive it will be snickering out at her downfall. Her mate pounced on her body, trapping her within his four legs. His muted grey eyes staring right back at her and she can see the laughter in his eyes.

"I almost got away." She mumbled in defeat.

He snorted before running his nose along her neck. He dropped down onto her body, fully trapping her but not squishing her. She giggled as his fur tickled her skin.

"Maksim! Stop!" She tried to push the heavily huge wolf off of her. He snorted again before biting his jaw onto her shoulder. It was an action that basically told her she needed to submit verbally to him.

She can already hear Maksim's voice in her head telling her to just submit and stop fighting. After several minutes she nodded her head in defeat. Her mate wasn't going to let her go.

"Fine, I submit to you." She mumbled. He nodded his head in victory before letting her go. He shifted completely naked in front of her. His whole body completely covered hers still as his harden arousal already pressing to her backside. She managed to turn her body around to face him.

The love and adoration that reflected in his eyes made her feel all kinds of emotions to the point of where her chest ached. He moved to cup her cheek before kissing her nose.

"You are beautiful tonight, Octavia." He whispered tenderly as he moved his kisses down her cheek. "I can't believe you decided to dance for me."

"Your mother suggested it." She responded breathlessly. His lips were doing wonders on her skin making it hard for her to think.

"I should have known." He chuckled deeply as his hand snaked up from her hips to her waist sensually and almost in a sweet torturous way.

"Did you like it?" She asked unsure.

"I love it, maybe a little too much. You won't be doing any more dancing in front of anybody. That body that moves so sensually and beautifully, it's all mine." He growled low in his throat. His chest rumbled with a possessiveness that had her body spinning.

He pulled back to look at her. Again, that look in his eyes that her shook and her heart palpitating at a rate that was almost unhealthy.

"I love you." He whispered before kissing her lips.

"I love you too." She whispered back with so many emotions.

After playing around on the ground for a little bit with Maksim's constant teasing. They eventually did head back. Maksim shifted back to his wolf and walked alongside her as the emerged from the woods. Everyone was back from the run and again was waiting patiently for them to arrive before eating. They knew that their Alpha and their Alpha Female were newly mated and those who were mated knew how attached newly mated can be. The pack once again was complete. The joyous air can be felt even from a few miles away.

Again, it was a night to remember.

A few months later...

"You're an idiot." Aleksander retorted to a girl in the pack who seemed to annoy him all the time. She wouldn't leave him alone. She chased after him like a shadow.

"Alek, just let me play with you." She pouted. She was a chubbier kind of girl and a whole lot shorter but she was exactly Aleksander's age.

"I don't want to play with you." He growled. "Leave me alone. I am going to the training fields."

"Great! I am headed there too." She skipped gleefully behind him.

Aleksander rolled his eyes. He knew Inessa well. She wasn't heading that way. He caught her wondering into the kitchen before she caught sight of him and changed her direction. She was a girl who was too carefree and constantly got injured around him. It drove him nuts.

"Alek. Alek. Alek. Alek and Inessa." She said gleefully as she clapped her hands. "Doesn't that sound great?"

"No." He snapped.

"I think so. Alek and Inessa." She ignored his answer.

"Aleksander!" He heard his name and turned to see mama Octavia walking down the hill with Alpha Maksim. Grandma Roza and Grandpa Nikolai were sitting on a picnic blanket nearby eating. Aleksander changed route and headed towards them. Inessa followed closely behind.

"Where are you going?" mama Octavia asked.

"Training fields." Aleksander answered as he crouched down and grabbed a piece of sliced apple.

"I was about to head there myself. We can go together." Maksim replied and Aleksander felt excitement roar through his body. Whenever Alpha was there, he knew he had a better chance at training and the idea of just learning how to fight with the best was an honor.

"Me too." Inessa's voice piped from behind them. Aleksander turned to give his 'pesky shadow' a glare.

"Aleksander, who is your friend?" mama Octavia asked.

"No one." Aleksander replied in a grumpy voice.

"Now, Aleksander, we do not treat people like that." Grandma Roza scolded Aleksander.

He huffed. "Her name is Inessa."

"Oh, well it is very nice to meet you Inessa." Both grandma Roza and mama Octavia greeted.

"It is very n-nice to m-meet you guys too." She stuttered and a blush crawled on her cheeks. Aleksander found it adorable and his lip twitched a little before he caught himself and turned away.

They continued to talk for a little bit before Maksim asked Aleksander to head to the fields first before he followed. Once Aleksander was gone with Inessa trailing after him. Maksim turned back to look at Octavia.

"Sounds like Inessa have a little crush on our little Aleksander." Octavia mentioned and Maksim's eyes crinkled on the side as he grinned.

"He doesn't seem too fond of her." Maksim replied.

"It is the heart that recognizes the feelings but the mind that contradicts it." Roza contradicted with her own knowing grin.

"We are not playing match makers." Nikolai scolded the two women before him who wore scheming looks.

"What?" Roza gave him an innocent look.

He leaned in and kissed her forehead. "I know you, Roza. Let the two pups be. If they truly feel something they will know."

"I think we should at least help." Octavia offered.

"And what if they aren't mates?" Maksim inquired then and Octavia sighed.

"I guess you are right." She mumbled.

He chuckled and moved to place a hand over her small little bump. "It is okay to want to help but we should let fate decide when or how. Things happen for a reason, just like us. The time you and I spent waiting for each other was worth it."

She blushed as he smirked and kissed her lips before caressing her baby bump. "I love you."

"I love you too." She whispered back.
