The rest of the days went with sad glances between the couple. As a CEO, Aryansh burdens with more responsibilities. Some days he stayed at the office till midnight finishing the work and attending the meetings.

Piya observes fatigue on his face and feels bad seeing him. He is handling the dual responsibilities - An MD and the interim CEO. 

Every morning she places the coffee cup on his desk before he arrives at the office. Aryansh is aware of that and chooses to ignore. He needs something that connects him with her otherwise he will go crazy with work and a lonely life. 

On her face, he remained cold and ignored her pleading glances. She tried to apologize to him but whenever she started that conversation, he asked her to leave the cabin in his bossy tone.

Piya is in touch with Atharv through Insta and keeps taking updates from him. Atharv was initially not sure whether to reply to her or not but at last he did as a friend.

He recently told her how his brother is negligent towards the health. He is not taking care of himself and is always busy at work. Also, he's having a fever today but still he went to the office.

Aryansh is busy in the meetings from the morning and didn't have the lunch. Unable to see him like that, Piya takes the food packets from the canteen and goes to the cabin as it's 3 pm now.

He strictly said that no one will enter the cabin without his permission but she ignores his previous warning. He sees her with angry eyes when she enters the cabin without permission and stands beside the chair.

Leave Miss. Sharma

She has enough of him now.

Please have something, put the food packets on the table, You are having a fever.

He ignores everything that she said except how she gets the information. Seeing her expression, he need not to guess.

Not to put Atharv in trouble, she created her own version of the story.

I feel it

In her reply, he raises the eyebrow and asks

"Am I looking like a fool to believe that? " Take these parcels out of my cabin and don't come unless I call.

Don't know from where she got the courage or maybe she cares less about his anger and worries more about his health. His red eyes and sweat on his forehead is enough to freak her out with tension. She locks the cabin from the inside before moving his chair back and settling on his lap.

He tries to push her, shout at her but she doesn't pay any heed to his words. She forcefully unbuttons his jacket, removes the tie and opens the first three buttons of his shirt to let him breath. She stuff food in his mouth which he chewed with a grudge on her. Her hand itches to slap on his mouth so that he properly chews it.

You want to punish me then do it but why are you ignoring your health. You have a fever but still you didn't have lunch and I'm sure no medicines as well, right, she cups his cheek with one hand and asks him.

He ignores her and turns the face but she keeps feeding him the food and removes the forehead sweat with a tissue. Later, she gives him the medicines which Atharv sent earlier. 

She massages his head and he closes the eyes in relief. He let her do it for now and decide to teach her a lesson later for her disobedience. His tense shoulders relax and his hands place on her back for the support. 

She starts forcing him to eat the food and sometimes brings home made food.

One day she cooks the food by herself and brings it for him. He feels the taste differently and gives her a puzzled look. She hesitates before replying.

I cooked it today. Don't you like it?

If things were normal then he would have kissed her but he leans his head on the chair in the anger. Understanding his dilemma, she kisses his cheek which relaxes him.

She stays late these days for him. Around six pm when the whole office gets empty she goes to his cabin with the tea and snacks. He rejects them every time but as usual she moves his chair back and sits on his lap facing his face and feeds him. 

As an angry man, he warned her and gave her various threats like terminating from the job, filing harassment charges or cutting down the salary. The moment he said salary she pinched his arm which makes him shout in pain. No comment on salary ever, that's her hard-earned money.

They have their tea like a pair of strangers but a peculiar one because no stranger would sit on the other stranger's lap to have the tea. She knows how many times she controlled herself to kiss him. Seeing him in a 3 piece suit gives her warm feelings but she didn't dare to commit that stunt. What if he seriously files a harassment case to the HR and that fear puts the leash on her feminine urges.

Aryansh's thoughts would put an incubus on shame. Even the devil will not dare to peep into his dirty mind. A small trailer of his fantasy is to tie her hands to the table, keep her in a birth suit and make her beg for release based on his mood. Staring her shivering figure in the AC and drowsy eyes that calls him is his other weird fantasy.

He shakes his head out of those thoughts and focuses on being angry with her.

As she is staying late because of him, he ensured that she safely reached her home and assigned a designated cab driver for her. Piya didn't object to that as she understands his concern and thought about the first day.

Ma'am are you waiting for the cab?

It was 7 and Piya was trying to book the cab but nothing was available. A cab driver came and offered her the ride to which she felt weird and scary. She took the back steps and nodded her head in negation.

The driver still persisted and she thought of running inside the office because Aryansh was there.

Aryansh came outside and saw Piya with a frightened face.

What's going on? He asked in a harsh tone to the driver

The driver replies which shocks Piya

Sir, as you told me, I was waiting for the Ma'am to come and when she came I offered the cab but she said no.

Piya turned and asked him, Did you hire him?

Yeah whatever

He left the building ignoring her questions but not before sending the driver a look to remind the previous warning. A scratch on her, he would never be able to drive a car for the rest of his life.

From that day, the same driver is coming at 7 pm to drop her.

She recently came to know from Atharv that Aryansh's mother felt sick but now she is better. Piya wants to meet her and apologizes to her so she asks Atharv's help. He denied her request at first due to his fear of Aryansh. When she emotionally persisted, he gave in and told that his aunt visit the temple on Saturday.

On Saturday, Piya visits the same temple and meets his mother. 

Hello Mrs. Shekhawat

Sneha is surprised to see Piya at the temple and greet her.

Hello Piya

How's your health now Mrs. Shekhawat?

Piya directly asks the question and gets a curious expression from Sneha. She realizes her mistake and explains to her that she asked Atharv about her health so he...

Sneha understood that her nephew is the mediator because her Son became a full workaholic devdas which is noticed by everyone in the family.  He behaves normally with them but his eyes hold pain and suffering. She noticed him crying at night a few times sitting beside her husband's bed when he thought that no one was awake. She knew that her son is in the midst of divergent emotions.

It's Okay Piya, I'm fine. How are you? How's everyone in your family?

They are all okay Ma'am. I... I want to apologize to you for causing your husband's accident. I deeply regret that, tears fell from her eyes seeing the pale face of his mother.

That was an accident, Piya which you intentionally didn't do so we can close that topic.

Sneha goes towards her car but suddenly feels dizzy and would have fell if it is not Piya who holds her.

Are you Okay, Ma'am?

Piya makes her sit on the stairs and gets the water bottle from the nearby shop. The driver tries to call Aryansh but his phone is off. After having water, Sneha feels a little better but still dizzy. Somehow Poya makes her sit in the car and tells the driver to carefully take her home but the Driver insists her to come along with him to take care of Ma'am. 

Piya thinks and sits in the car. She fan Sneha's face to make her feel better. She worries about her and Sneha sees her with a faint smile.  They reach the Shekhawat mansion and the first time Piya sees how huge their mansion is. 

Her eyes pop out in shock. Her whole colony can reside in this bungalow. She realizes the drastic difference between Aryansh and her. They are not only poles apart but they have a sky and earth difference between them. She gulps her saliva in fear of encountering him but gathers the courage and takes his mother inside the mansion. 

The family is sitting in the lounge along with Aryansh when they hear a girl voice saying "hello". Everyone turns their head and is shocked to see Piya supporting Sneha and standing in the hall.

What did you do to my Mother this time?

That is the first sentence which came out of Aryansh's mouth and tramples the little hope of their relationship in Piya's heart. She stands motionless except the tears rolling out of her eyes in pain of seeing him in the rude avatar. She feels very little in front of his status. His pent house is cosy to her but his house, that's a different ground.

Aryansh behave

Sneha Shekhawat scolds her Son and feels bad for Piya. That girl helped her but his Son is scolding her.

Maa

She helped and brought me home because I felt dizzy at the temple. Instead of thanking her you are judging and scolding.

Aryansh feels bad upon hearing his mother's words and sees Piya's face. 

I...I..am... sorryyy.. I... j...us..t he....ll...pp. I didn't do any...thing.. to Mrs. Shekhawat

Her words stammer due to sobbing and everyone in the family sees Aryansh with the disappointed eyes except his Grandpa who blankly stares at him.

I.. wi..lll leave. Apologize for dropping here unexpectedly.

Sneha stops her after glaring at her son.

Piya, thanks for helping me. Please stay for some time and join us for breakfast.

That's not required, Ma'am. I will leave now

Piya, Sneha is insisting you to stay then stay. If you are worried about your family then we'll let them know.

Padma Shekhawat told Piya in a stern tone which scared Piya whereas Aryansh and Sneha confusedly look at her who wink at them when Piya stare at her foot.
