Taehyung hummed ever so lowly as Jin drove them back to the office. Jin kept giving Taehyung subtle glances, which were not gone unnoticed by the younger.

"Spit it out hyung. ", Taehyung drawled out, continuing his humming. He felt relieved. He honestly wanted to punch the doctor's face in but he also knew that the office had cameras and he didn't want to get a lawsuit. He cannot say the same about Jin considering the elder had most probably permanently damaged the doctor's precious family jewels.

Jin sighed loudly, "So Jungkook wanted to leave yesterday?"

Taehyung hummed, before continuing, "he did. I talked him out of it. Managed to make him stay."

Jin looked skeptical. How can he believe his idiotic brother who didn't usually have enough braincells to even function on his own actually managed to make his mate stay??

"And how did you do that? Did you threaten him or something?", Jin snorted with that thought. Knowing Taehyung, Jin was sure it was something along those lines.

"No," Taehyung smiled, "I was just honest with him. Told him that if his heart didn't feel the same way mine did than he can leave. I just told him that I love him"

A loud screeching sound was heard as the seat jerked forward, Taehyung hitting the dashboard as the car came to a stand still in the middle of a crowded road.

Car honks were heard but Jin was staring at Taehyung, mouth wide open, gawking openly.

"Hyung!", Taehyung exclaimed, "why did you do that? We are in the middle of the road. We could have been hit by another car. "

Jin didn't pay attention to what Taehyung said just now as he replied or more like asked (screamed) , "You CONFESSED???"

Taehyung groaned loudly.

"Yes. I confessed. Can you atleast move the car to the side so that we can get out of the way? At this rate drivers will be coming to beat our asses "

Jin nodded, still dazed as he quickly parked the car on the side, before turning to face Taehyung eagerly.

"Spill. What did you say, how did you say it, how did he take it, I wanna know every detail"

Taehyung sighed, knowing he wasn't going to get out of this now. So he proceeded to tell Jin every detail, leaving a few things out and all the while, Jin sat there with his mouth wide open.

"Wow", was Jin's only response once Taehyung was done.

Taehyung hummed, smiling to himself as he replayed the kiss in his mind.

"You guys kissed."

"Hmm"

"You told him you loved him"

"Hmm"

"He agreed to stay"

"Hmm"

"Do you know what that means?"

"Yeah"

Jin swatted at Taehyung's arms, making the younger yelp in pain.

"Do you really know what that means or are you just clowning me right now?", Jin asked pointedly.

"I know what it means hyung ", Taehyung defended himself.

"Yeah? What does it mean oh my genius brother?", Jin asked, crossing his arms and giving Taehyung a judging look.

"I know I asked him that if he doesn't feel the same way as I do, then he can leave. He didn't leave, so I know he feels the same way. He didn't say those three words back but I know he loves me. I can feel it hyung. His love, it's like a blanket.  It drapes all over me, warming my skin, all the way to my heart and I can feel it all. I know what it means"

Jin hummed, smiling proudly.

"You have made progress dear brother."

Taehyung smirked. "Ofcourse I have hyung. I won't make the same mistakes with him again. Now can we please get going? It's currently 9:25am, I can make it home in 15mins. I want to be with my mate. "

"Aye aye Captain," Jin mock saluted as he began to drive again.

Taehyung opened the door to his house, the atmosphere all quiet. He made his way to Jungkook's bedroom, where he had spent the previous night as well.

Yes, they slept on the same bed after the confession. Nothing happened. (Get your minds out of the gutter, for now atleast ) They just cuddled as Taehyung helped the omega sleep peacefully. Jungkook had confessed yesterday that being in Taehyung's arms makes the voices and nightmares go away. And that's why, Taehyung had dutifully kept the omega in his arms all night.

Taehyung's heart warmed at the sight in front of him. Jungkook was still fast asleep with the blanket wrapped around him like a burrito, lips pouty and hair all messy.

Taehyung quietly changed out of his suit, donning a white shirt and grey joggers as he slipped into bed as well, spooning the younger into his arms. He stayed that way for a bit until his eyes started to get droopy and he fell asleep as well, bathing in the scent of his beautiful mate.

Jungkook woke up first, feeling the Alpha's arms around him, his body pressed against the alpha's hard chest, his omega basking in his mate's scent.

For a minute, Jungkook just stared at the Alpha whose face was so close to him. Those eyes, so uniquely shaped, so beautiful to look at while open and so peaceful to see when closed. That perfect slope of his nose with that mole on the tip, those eyebrows which were a little scrunched that jungkook couldn't help but place his index and thumb fingers there to ease the crease. Those lips, so pretty. The Alpha had a mole on his lips as well, looking so enchanting and so inviting.

Just how many times had Jungkook dreamed of seeing the Alpha so close, just how many times had Jungkook wondered how it will feel to map out those features, to run his fingers over the Alpha's ethereal face, to feel the soft skin under his fingers.

Countless times, that is. He has dreamt so many times of seeing Taehyung like this. So close to him, that if Jungkook just closed that inch of a distance, his lips would collide with the Alpha's.

Dainty fingers carresed Taehyung's face, feather like touches mapping out his skin, lingering on the moles and the soft skin.

As Jungkook got lost in those moles and those lips, Taehyung's eyes opened just in time to see Jungkook looking fondly, almost melancholy at him. He watched as Jungkook softly mumbled, barely audible but those lips shaping out the words anyway, "So pretty"

Taehyung couldnt help himself as Jungkook's fingers touched his lips, the Alpha pressed a soft kiss on those finger tips, making Jungkook pull back with a fright.

The Alpha chuckled, endeared because Jungkook looked like a child who just got caught stealing from the cookie jar.

"Morning love", he whispered, voice raspy.

"Morning ", Jungkook whispered back. There wasn't any need for whispering as they were the only ones in the house but perhaps both of them didn't want to break the little bubble they both were in.

Taehyung pulled the omega towards himself, making their bodies mold into one as he pressed a soft, lingering kiss on the omega's lips.

"I would trade anything to wake up like this to you every morning baby. I love feeling your touch on mine", Taehyung said honestly, his voice still a whisper.

"You would?", Jungkook asked softly, unbelieving that this was actually happening.

"Hmm," Taehyung hummed, burying his face into the crook of Jungkook's neck, making the omega's breath hitch. Taehyung was nosing at his scent glands, which for a werewolf was a very intimate thing. The Alpha was scenting him.

"You are my favourite thing in the world baby. Waking up next to you, with you in my arms is a dream come true"

Jungkook blushed, a bright pink as the Alpha kept nosing at his scent glands, rubbing his lips over the sensitive skin, pressing soft kisses ever so gently.

"I'm glad you stayed angel. I'm so glad you stayed", Taehyung whispered in between peppering kisses on Jungkook's neck.

"Me too", Was the only breathy response Jungkook could manage to give as his senses got intoxicated with the Alpha's pheromones and his actions.

Jungkook felt drunk on love.
