"ik imma do better i promise" he said and i nodded.

"don't worry love, your gonna get through it it just takes time it's a new environment for you. i love you and yk imma always be here for you" i said.

"so you like las vegas?" he asked me.

"love it! it has so many different things to do and meeting new people is everything" i said and he smiled.

we talked a little bit more and i headed out to hang with the team for the day since we had practice earlier this morning.

we have been otp making wedding plans & she had nowhere specific she wanted to do besides bora bora, jamaica, and mexico.

"let's do bora bora then love" she said smiling at me.

i smiled at her and nodded. even though we just got engaged we been planning ahead since basketball season had started we didn't wanna have to worry about it in between or after.

we had picked the venue, sent out invitations, picked a date & we hired a photographer, a decorator, and everything else.

"bae you think i should wear a dress or tux ?" i asked.

"it doesn't matter baby imma marry you either way" she said.

"i think imma do a tux.. i don't really think i have the body for a dress" i said.

"mamas stop it, your body is beautiful. your gonna look amazing in a dress" she said making me blush.

"thank you ma.. when it's time i think imma go dress shopping to see if i like any and if not i will just got with the tux" i said and she nodded.

"okay that's fine.. but i can't wait to see you" she said.

"i can't wait to see you.. im ready to play yall" i said and she nodded.

"same, ik you gone go out there and cut up" she said.

"no you bae, its just so hard to keep up with you" i said.

we continued to talk with each other until it was time for me to get in the shower. i grabbed my clothes and headed to the bathroom.

i waited for my water to get warm and then hopped in. after my shower i went downstairs to get a snack since i'm about to chill and watch netflix i didn't have any other plans.

"girl i just love how you can maximize your 24 hours. cus girl it be to much for me" i added.

"idk i think it's just cus i have fun with it lol. but have you talk to kk today ?" she asked me.

"yes we talked a few hours ago.. i texted her about 20 minutes ago she didn't text back but she most likely sleep.. she said she didn't have any other plans so she was just gone chill and watch netflix" i said and she nodded.

"idk im just so excited about attending a wedding" angel said excitedly.

and that made my heart happy. to see one of my friends so happy be attending our wedding makes me so happy. she's such a girls girl and so supportive.

"i love that.. and your so supportive" i smiled at her.

"always pretty. i love supporting girls!"

"tell em barb we just girls" i said and she agreed.

"hey guys, what yall up too" brianna asked us.

"nothing just chillin girl. i'm trying to figure out how imma get my hair" i said.

"relax you got so much time & besides you know i keep my hair done so that's why you got me i will be happy to put you on and help you" angel said.

"your the best" i said and she nodded.

"because there cute and i like them" jada said as she put her face in the camera.

"smh, wanna be seen so bad" i mumbled.

"boy shut up. lol i look good so" she said laughing.

"man baby why you acting like that ? what did i do ? you want me to take them down ?" she asked.

"playing the game wby ?" i asked.

"nun bored jackie and aja is coming over later on".

i nodded and turned the game off, grabbing my phone i went to the kitchen and started making dinner.

"you can cook ?" she asked me.

"i can cook a good bit, my mom cook a lot and i use to help when i was bored" i said.

"so have you guys started practicing yet ?" she asked me.

"yeah, but we only did a few days because coach wanted to get to know everyone and team bonding and stuff nothing serious yet" i said.

"good, i need you to put in all that work cus you playing with the big boys now" she said.

"you don't think i know that ? why you tryna be funny ? you must don't think i'm good enough or sum ?" i said.

"no ofc bae that's not what i said but"

"yeah i know what you said man. i'm already low on confidence and you gone say that. man f*** outta here with that."

it's crazy how much you can continue to step on someone's confidence especially when they already low on it. i watched as she called back over and over and texted me.

i turned off all the lights and made sure the doors and windows were locked. i got into bed and drifted off to sleep.

if my own girlfriend can say that to me than ik i gotta continue to work and know i can get better. imma prove to all these folks that i am good enough to be playing.
