today is draft day for bronny & tbh im really excited for him. as his best friend ik what he's been through to get to this point and i couldn't be more proud of him.

i finished getting dressed and i watched as kk fixed her hair.

"you look beautiful baby" i said kissing her cheek.

"no you look beautiful" she said eyeing me like i was candy.

"if you tryna mm just say that" she mumbled.

i smiled at her and kissed her cheek before walking downstairs. i made us coffee & waited for her to finish her hair.

i watched her walk down & she looked beautiful as always.

"heres your coffee mamas" i said.

"thank you love" she said smiling at me.

after we finished eating we decided to chill a little cus we had a couple of hours before the draft started.

i heard someone knock on the door and i alreadyy knew it was jada.

"come in" i yelled i watched as jada walked in.

"hey guys" she said.

"hey girl ou you look cute" kk said.

"thank you yk i had to go out for my man lol. but yall look cute too" she said sitting down.

we talked and made tiktoks just to run down some time & after we decided it was time to head out.

"yeah we can sit here yk we wanna get some good quality videos" jada said and we nodded.

we sat down & jada sat in between me and juju. i was so excited for bronny i feel like he's worked so hard for the moment. every heart break he's taken throughout the basketball world has shaped him to be so strong.

we saw him sitting at the table with lebron, savannah, zhuri, and bryce. we waved at them and they smiled and waved back.

"aww he's so nervous.. i wish i could hug him" jada said.

"he's gonna be okay.. bronny's strong" i said and she nodded.

after about 10 minutes later the draft finally started. i could feel jada's nerves i put my hand on top of hers and she smiled at me.

i looked up & saw jada, kk, and juju front row. it made me happy that i have them here with me especially juju cus she's been with me since we were 10 years old.

i smiled back at her. i watched as jada smiled at me she made a heart with her fingers.

"proud of you baby" she mouthed to me.

"thank you ma" i mouthed back at her.

i turned my attention to the man on the stage as he continued.

"and the 6th pick in the 2027 NBA draft the boston celtics select lebron james jr." i stood up and hugged my parents & then my bryce and zhuri.

i walked onto stage and took a picture.

"congrats bronny, how do you feel about being picked by one of the highest teams in the nba ?" he asked me.

"thank you.. i feel amazing. im excited to put in work and play with one of the best like jayson tatum. i think this experience will help me to better myself and grow and get better" i said.

"and i wanna thank God because without him nothing is possible. thank you to my parents for pushing me especially my dad he been helping me since i was 4 years old. & too my best friend thank you. i been through a lot in the basketball world and in general but you made sure i kept going and i was good.. she pushed me to be the best that i could. i appreciate you" i said looking at juju.

"i love you" she mouthed to me.

"and last but not least, i wanna thank my girlfriend. although it's only been a year so much can change and she continued to help me put in work she kept me going and made sure i entered the draft even after i lost hope and confidence. thank you ma, i appreciate you" i said looking at her.

"thank you and congrats bronny" he said.

"preciate you" i said before walking back to the table.

i am so grateful for this opportunity even being the 6th picked it's a big deal to me and it mean so much to me i am so grateful.

jada🎀.

"congratulations baby" i yelled as i recorded him.. he smiled at me and walked on stage.

after he was done i saved the video and looked over at juju.. i could tell she cried a little. i am so proud of him but ik juju's been with him since they were kids.

i hugged her and kk and we clapped.

"our boy did it guys" juju said and we nodded.

we watched as they continued the draft. after it was over we ran over to bronny.

i jumped into her arms as he spun me around.

"im so proud of you baby" i said.

"thank you mamas" he said.

we shared a passionate kiss. he put me down and hugged juju and kk.

"proud of you best. you did it" juju said.

"we did it" he said.

"your gonna be great" kk said hugging him.

"and so you too" he said.

we did a group hug and decided to go take pictures. after we decided to go eat & then just chill for the rest of night.

we got into juju's car and i had to sit in the middle since bryce came with us. i held bronny's hand & laid my head on his shoulder.

we pulled up to our apartment & i am so stuffed guys omg. we walked inside & yk we had to do another toast.

"here's to bronny's new life" i said.

"YEAHHHH" they yelled and we clicked our glasses together.

i looked over at bryce and he looked happy.

"dont look over here im not gone say nun about the fact that yall keep giving me apple juice. i've excepted the fact that you guys are boring and won't let me have a little bit of alcohol" he said making us laugh.

"nobody's boring bryce we just being safe lol" juju said.

we played games like all the other nights and chilled.

"i love you.. & so proud of you. chicago is so lucky to have you" i said to my fiancé as she scrolled on phone.

she looked up at me and smiled.

"i love you more baby. yk im proud of you! you've been through so much and yet your still going hard living life and your so successful. your gonna be amazing in connecticut my love" she said.

she leaned in and we shared a passionate kiss. because us having to long distance hasn't really been on our mind. we were just focusing on the time we have left with each other.

i really love this girl with all my heart. i would do anything for her.

"it's us forever" i said.

"forever mamas" she said.

proud ain't even the word. everything our friend group has been through but it was all worth it. we all made it out the gc and is very successful and i love that.

and even tho amoura is in sweden she has her own clothing line & her own makeup brand that's so successful all the famous people you could think of use her products along with millions of people around the world.

i just love this for us, although we are being separated we're family forever no matter how far apart we are. they got my heart.

chapter 5🥹! aww bronny got drafted! so cute but now it's time to focus on their basketball careers for a moment. even tho there gonna be separated the relationship still gonna be a cute especially for juju and kk. vote and comment 🙃!
