4 days until the wedding🫧.

"morning baby" i said as juju came into the kitchen. "morning love" she smiled kissing my cheek. i wrapped my arms around her neck and hugged her. i felt her wrap her arms around my waists.

"your like extra touchy today mama" she said smirking. i giggled and pecked her lips.

"your nails are so cute" i said. "yours are to look a how detailed they are" she said. we sat down at the table.

"okay girls what do you think about these earrings for the wedding ?" sari asked.

"ouu mommy those are cute, you should wear them" juju said smiling. she smiled and nodded. i put my phone down when i heard kayden crying.

"i'll get him finish your breakfast" mama said i smiled and nodded. "where's dad ?" i asked juju. "he had a early shift" juju said making me nod.

"mommy" kayden said rubbing the sleep from her eyes. he held his arms out for juju. "hii baby you hungry ?" juju asked rocking him.

"i'm gonna go change i will be back" i said to juju. i kissed her cheek & went upstairs to take a warm shower. after my shower i went downstairs and sat on the couch as kayden played with his toys.

i picked up my phone and saw someone calling so i answered. i didn't recognize the number but i thought it might be important. "hello ?"

"who ?" i asked confused.

"it's your dad" he said

"ohh dad hi how are you ?" i asked confused.

"fine and how are you and your little family ?"

" we're good" i said.

"listen i thought about it and i really wanna see you and meet my grandson" he said making me laugh a little. because there is no way this man think he's even gonna touch kayden.

i don't think you've earn the right to see your grandson. you haven't even earned the right to call him your grandson because not one time did you stick up for me. not one time did you check on me"

"ik but i just didn't want to hurt your mother"

"and your wife HURT ME DAD. okay and blamed me for my brothers death when i tried my best to save him. you did nothing you let that lady hurt. you let her abuse me mentally and emotionally. you did nothing and i was supposed to be your daughter. so no you don't get to meet kaydan"

"you okay ?" juju mouthed to me and i nodded.

"okay but i did nothing wrong kamorea"

"exactly you did NOTHING. you didn't even call to congratulate me on getting married. bronny's dad had to walk me down the aisle because your weren't man enough to be a FATHER. which is fine because he's more of a dad to me then you will ever be. i gotta go" i said hanging up.

i got up & juju pulled me back by my arm. she pulled me into a hug and it really helped.

"i'm proud of you baby" she said.

"thank you mama" i said. i leaned up and kissed her. i led her downstairs where kayden was crawling around the living room.

every since he started crawling he hasn't stopped. i love it but i can't believe my baby got so big already. it feels like juju just had him fr.

"so everyone has there nails done that's getting them done.. hair is done, makeup appointment in two days period" jada said excitedly.

i looked over at bronny as he admired jada. i could tell how much love he has for her. i smiled as jada excitedly talked about the wedding.

"okay but who's gonna be the flower girl ?" rayah asked.

"my little cousin, she just turned 4" jada said and we all nodded.

"OMG JUJU" i heard kk scream. i got up quickly and ran upstairs. i walked upstairs and saw kayden on our bed struggling to breathe.

"help he can't breathe idk what to do" kk cried.

"allergic reaction to something" bronny said.

"i have to epi pen in my car" rayah yelled running downstairs to her car.

"keep breathing for me baby" i said. i watched as tears filled his eyes and his face started to swell. i felt the tears roll down my face quickly.

kayden's little hand gripped onto me tightly as he begged for help. "breathe baby it's okay" i said through my tears. rayah came in and handed me her epi pen.

i quickly opened it and put into his leg.. his eyes rolled to the back of his head as his breathing slowed down. he held his arms out to me as he began to cry.

"shh it's okay baby.. i gotchu" i said rocking him my arms.

"what the h*ll happened ?" bronny said.

"idk i gave him a reeses and then he started choking." kk said.

"he might be allergic to peanuts" i said.

i handed him to jada and hugged kk. because ik this might be taking a huge toll on her. it's not her fault we had no idea he was allergic to peanuts.

the ambulance should be here by now bryce said frustrated. after 2 minutes the ambulance pulled up and came to check on him.

they decided to take him to the hospital to test him and he is indeed allergic to peanuts so they gave us a couple of epi pens for him.

we walked into the house and kayden slept on my chest. today was one the scariest days but i'm so grateful for rayah.

i handed him to ty as she took him upstairs to lay him down. i hugged rayah tightly.

"thank you ray.. you really saved him and i couldn't thank you enough" i said to her.

"ofc that's my nephew.. i would do anything for that little boy" she said. i smiled and we all did a group hug.

life is life-ing like it's constantly something back to back to back. but everyday is a blessing no matter what because God continue to wake us up and we couldn't be more grateful.
