i walked downstairs and saw juju and jada in the kitchen. i don't remember falling asleep but it was such a good nap. i walked into the kitchen & sat down at the island.

"hey sleepy head.. how was your nap love ?" juju asked me.

"mm it was good. what y'all doing ?" i asked.

"nothing just chillin".

"where's that fiancé of yours ?" i asked jada making her blush.

"he went to get us food. he wanted to look around chicago and explore" she said making me nod.

"ma where's kayden ?" i asked looking at my wife.

"bronny and bryce has him. they said something about uncle nephew time lol" juju said giggling.

and hearing that kind of made my stomach turn. it's a lot especially since he's a newborn and we both know bronny and bryce.

"you let them take him ? just them two ?"

"yes.. i trust both of them. we've known them for so long kk i'm confused."

"yeah but bryce is never serious. what if something happen to our son ?" i asked.

"okay but how do we know ? anything could happen. you didn't even ask me how i felt about it judea. you might trust kayden to be alone with just the two of them but i don't" i told her.

"i trust you i just don't think they should be driving kayden without someone mature" i mumbled.

"hey guys" bronny said holding kayden as he chewed on his toy.

"little miss prissy here doesn't trust you or bronny to be with kayden alone. she said yall might him in danger" jada spoke up.

"when she's the one who fell asleep while watching him ?? i know she ain't talking. me or my brother would never do anything to hurt our nephew" bryce said.

"it is what it is. as long as ik i didn't gts while watching him and my friend found him on his stomach struggling to breathe while i was out like a baby im thuggin" bronny said laughing.

the fact that kk doesn't trust bronny and bryce kind of hurts. because they both have been here for us and have done so much since we started dating. neither of them have given her a reason not to trust them so im confused.

"yall honestly lame.. as a 1st time mother im just being safe and trying to protect him" kk said.

"okay bronny bryce you two go upstairs to the game room.. play the game and release some steam" i said pushing them upstairs.

she looked at me shocked with no words to say.. i will admit that may have been a little to far and ian mean to say it but gah d***.

"oh really ? ight bet" she said grabbing her phone and keys.

"where you going ?" i asked softly.

"why you care ? you said what you had to and now i know where we stand" she said walking to the door.

i sighed and grabbed her arm.. because although we weren't on the same page that don't mean ion care about her. i still love this girl with my whole heart.

"baby please don't go.. as a married couple we gotta work this sh** out man" i said.

"nah i gotta clear my mind i'll be back later" she said leaving.

"so immature" jada said.

"most definitely" i said shaking my head. i grabbed kayden and started feeding him because he is getting fussy.

tomorrow i get to start working out again and i am so happy. i'm ready to get back in the gym and start working towards getting my body back.
