talking too kk's family really made me realize how much of a narcissist her mother is. blaming kk for everything that happened.

"mom please i just want you too love me again. i tried to save him mommy" she cried out.

"well you didn't try hard enough kamorea now please go away" she shouted.

"but mom-"

"and you must be that girl she been telling me about. your not azzi so ion really care" she said.

"well azzi, HURT YOUR DAUGHTER. azzi CHEATED ON YOUR DAUGHTER. azzi made her feel like she wasn't good enough, and made her feel like she wanted to die. so you right im not azzi im better and im treating your daughter better and right. don't ever compare me to her we two different people" i said.

"and you should be ashamed, imagine blaming your daughter for your sons death when she risked her life to save his. your HIS MOTHER YOU SHOULD HAVE WENT BACK IN THAT HOUSE TO GET HIM IT WAS YOUR JOB TO PROTECT HIM AND YOU DIDN'T" i yelled.

i watched as kk started to cry harder. her breathing got heavier and heavier by the minute. i couldn't continue arguing with her mom i had to calm her down. i went over to her hugging her tightly.

she cried into my chest i could hear her voice cracking more and more.

"baby it's okay i promise, your good my love take a deep breath babygirl" i said rubbing her forehead.

"your mother is wrong. don't listen to her she just can't except the fact that she didn't protect you or your brother when she was supposed too"

"but you did baby, your brother is so proud of you and he would be so happy you risked your life to save his" i said.

she calmly held onto my hoodie. gripping it tightly she took a deep breath and hugged me tightly.

"just breathe mamas, your doing so good baby" i said.

"i love you and you should be proud of yourself, don't ever let her get you down because God is very pleased with you and her karma gone come" i said.

i kissed her forehead and she sniffled. she looked up at me and grabbed my hand.

"can we go i don't wanna be here anymore" she said.

"ofc mamas, come on let's get you some food you haven't eaten all day" i said.

i watched as kk rubbed her brothers grave before walking to the car. she got into the passenger seat and was definitely zoned out.

"BABY ?" i yelled and she quickly snapped her towards me.

"huh ?" she asked.

"you okay ?" i asked her.

"ohh yeah, just thinking" she said with a smile.

"well if you needa talk yk im here" i said and she nodded.

she nodded and thanked me kissing me cheek. we put our seatbelts on and headed back to cali. it was a comfortable silence but i could tell something is on kk's mind.

"what's wrong mamas ?" i asked.

she looked at me and wiped her hands down her shirt.

"nothings wrong i'm chillin" kk said nervously biting her nails.

"kk, your literally biting your nails, your sweating, and your legs is bouncing 150 miles per hour. tell me what's wrong baby" i said.

"amoura" was all she said.

"what about her ?" i asked.

"i don't wanna be the reason you lose your best friend"

"mamas, it's not your fault, amoura acted the way she acted out of anger and that's not your fault. she's just in her feelings right now" i said.

"hey stop it, you did nothing wrong okay ?" i said.

she nodded at me and smiled. i put my hand on her thigh and continued driving. after a 12 hour drive i pulled into the parking lot of our dorm.

i looked over and kk was sleeping. her phone was in her lap and her head was in her hands on her lap.

"baby, you gone suffocate sit up" i said pulling her shoulders. i got out and walked too her side picking her up.

she wrapped her legs around my waist and laid her head on my shoulder putting her face in my neck.

"thank you babe, for everything" she mumbled out.

"anything for you my love go to sleep baby" i said.

i laid her in my bed and took off her sweats.

i got out of bed and went to the bathroom to brush my teeth. after i finished i got back into bed and waited for juju she went to get something out of the car.

i heard her come in and she went to the bathroom.

"babe come cuddle with me please" i whined.

"i'm coming baby, lemme finishing brushing my teeth real quick" she said and i nodded.

she came over and got into bed beside me. i instantly laid my head on her chest and wrapped my leg around hers.

i wrapped my arms around her waist and i could feel her rub my forehead.

"i love you" i mumbled

"i love you mama" she said.

"ofc love anything for you" paige said.

"so have you talk to juju ?" she asked me.

"noo not yet, she called me 3x today the first two times i didn't have my phone so i missed them the 3rd time i just didn't answer because ionk what to say" i said.

"just start off simple baby, tell her how you felt and then go from there" she said and i nodded at her.

THE NEXT DAY🫧.

i got up and walked downstairs cus i heard knocking. it was kind of early so i'm confused on who this could be.

i unlocked the door and opened it and i saw juju. her lashes looked freshly done and her hair was in a slick back bun. she was so pretty.

"moura, hey can we talk ?" she asked.

"ohh your back in cali when you guys get back ?"

"late last night, but clocked out early when we got there tho" she said.

"sure come in" i said moving aside to let her in.

we walked up to my room and i told paige i would call her back.

"so wassup ?" i asked.

"look i'm sorry about the other day. ion want you to feel like ian care because i do but i had to think about kk and her feelings as well" she said.

"mhmm" i said.

"so you have nothing you wanna say ?" she asked me.

"not really, you didn't think about me so"

"moura, i did think about you. i couldn't just ask kk to turn around. i asked you what was wrong and told you to talk to cus i would've still listened over the phone" she said.

"okay but i needed someone to cry too and to hug me and tell me everything was gonna be okay"

"i'm sorry that i couldn't be there that 1 time. but that don't mean ion care about you."

"i'm sorry, ik that i was wrong for how i reacted and hanging up on you and saying that. and i hope you can forgive me i was just hurting and in my feelings" i said.

"moura yk i care about you.. wether i could be there for you physically or not. i understand you were hurting and angry. i forgive you now give me a hug bestie" juju said.

i smiled at her and we hugged. it's been a minute even before we argued we haven't seen each other in weeks.

"i missed you" she said.

"i missed you" i smiled at her.

"here you go mamas" i said handing her two slices of pizza.

"thank you my love" she said.

i leaned down and pecked her lips. i sat down and stared at her, admiring her beauty. she's just so beautiful like it's crazy.

"what baby ?" she said smiling.

"nothing your just so beautiful. like the most gorgeous girl ever" i said.

"aww thank you mamas, but your beautiful tho yk especially when you smile" she said.

i could tell she was blushing.

"mm, i already know she wet ain't she ?" i said smirking at her.

"kk please don't play with me" she said laughing.

"i just love your lips & the bottom ones too, i wanna kiss those too" i said and she pushed my chest.

we got into bed and cuddled while we ate. i love spending time with her. it's always a good time.
