kk🦋.

basketball season has been going really good for me. still getting use to it but other than that i love it. i started to notice that their practices is way harder. it hard for me to keep up at times.

coach g let juju lead us today.. everyone said she was she best choice. she's so driven and talented and such a leader she knows how to keep us together.

and that meant being hard on us no matter what. she pushed us to do our best. she is the definition of a leader.

today i was a little slow today.. my body wasn't feeling it and the medicine was slowing me down. i had little to no energy and juju noticed.

"KAMOREA LETS GO" juju yelled.

i continued but my i could feel my body giving up.

"KK MOVE FASTER" juju yelled.

"MAN IM TRYING" kk yelled back.

"WELL TRY HARDER" juju said.

everyone knew juju was hard on the team when it came to basketball but it was all love. she just wanted them to be the best that they could be.

juju walked up to kk as she stood their catching her breath.

"what is going on with you ?" juju said.

"nothing im good" kk said.

"your not good kamorea your slow and we can't have that right now you need to be 100%" juju said.

"im doing the best that i can juju" kk snapped.

"WELL DO BETTER kk, if we wanna be the best we gotta train like the best we need you & ik your better than that" juju said snatching the ball from her.

kk looked at her and walked out to the court.. juju was right. if she wanted to one of the bests she had to train like one and that's what she gone do.

"LETS GO GUYS" juju yelled.

coach g had them only focusing on the body movement so they were running laps like crazy all practice.

kk was never use to that much running in one day. juju usually was one of the first ones done because she had long legs & because she was use to the running even before leaving sierra canyon.

she stood by the baseline coaching the rest of the team to finish strong. kk was one of the last one finished and she was very embarrassed about it.

she didn't wanna slow them down but she was also still getting use to a different practice style of basketball with a different team.

that meant different players, personalities, skills, and coaching skills. it was gonna take some getting use to.

kk looked at everyone who waited for her to finish but she still had 2 more laps to go. she was losing motivation to keep going.

so she ran to the locker room. and every one was so confused , they never wanted her to be embarrassed and it was okay for her to be the last one to finish.. just as long as she finished with her head up.

juju walked to the locker room where she found kk.

"what was that kk ?" juju said.

"i cant do it juju it's to much.. my body is tired and your pushing me to hard . the medication im on took all of my energy and im doing my best" kk said.

kk watched as juju's face softened.. ofc she knew she was being hard on her.. but that was just how she was with her team. she didn't realize kk's body was shutting down and wasn't use to their practices.

coach put her in charge to make sure they had a leader who was gone push them to be the best that they could. and she had to do just that.

"kk, i know that im being hard on you and that includes the whole team. that's just how i am. ik your better than that" juju said.

"mamas im sorry okay, i had no idea your medication was doing this to your body" juju added.

juju grabbed kk's hands. she watched as kk's chest moved up and down.

"baby just got at your own pace today love if you have to be slow that's fine..your body is way more important" juju said.

"thank you for understanding babe" kk said.

"ofc yk i gotchu, all you gotta do is talk to me ma yk that" juju said kissing her forehead.

"come on let's finish up practice & with yo chin up" juju said.

i could hear qadence talking about me and paige but i dont know what to say.. why is she so against me. i haven't done anything to her.

"man what's your problem ?" azzi said getting in qadence's face.

"your my problem you and your gf are crappy people.. im not gonna sit here and pretend like you didn't do what you did! ain't no fake love over here and yk me i always keep it real"

"and by keeping it real imma say this with my chin up and chest out . I DONT LIKE YOU" qadence said.

"this has nothing to do with you qadence this is between me , paige , and kk so"

"i really don't care.. she was my friend she was my teammate and imma stick up for her. you and paige can kick rocks" qadence said .

"you tripping fr, you putting yo two cents in stuff and you barely got playing time this season focus on that honey" paige said.

"girl you only playing cus you geno favorite be so fr id take not getting much playing time over stabbing my best friend in the back by sleeping with her gf any day. you a whole clown and you don't even realize that cus people kiss your butt so much but not me honey".

"like i said kick rocks and tell yah gf that too boo-boo" qadence said before walking away.

the team had tried to separate them but neither of them were going. they just watched as they argued back in fourth in each others faces.

i felt so unconnected from the team every since kk left. everybody been turning on us. and ik that what i did was wrong and my heart is shattered.

kk never deserved what we did to her and every bone in my body regret it & feels guilty.. i have to find a way to get her back.

for the sake of me and azzi.. we needed to let her know that we do care about her. no matter what went down i love her with all my heart.

"heyy forget about her" i said to azzi as she cried.

"i want her back with us i need her back" azzi cried.

"i know but we gotta wait a few more days before we can see her again baby don't cry" i said.

"why won't she forgive us paige ?" she said.

"idk baby i really don't . we both know she's hurting.. im her best friend and i slept with her girlfriend. it's not that easy we gotta give her time to heal ma" paige said.

azzi wiped her tears as she looked paige in the eyes.. she just felt so in love with paige. she made her feel complete and like she was the most beautiful girl in the world.

"paige i love you more than life itself .. it's hard right now but i wanna be with you forever. if loving you is wrong i don't wanna be right" azzi said.

"i love you too azzi & yk that.. we 4life my love" paige said.

azzi leaned in and their lips touched. paige could tell she was nervous.

but even tho she was kissing the girl she loved she was thinking about kk during it. her best friend.. her other half , the one who she called everything for and they did everything together.

two best friends who couldn't be separated or so they thought. kk was her everything still is. she missed that bond. knowing she stabbed her best friend in the back hurt her.

she had been nun but good to paige but she took that for granted and went and slept with her gf. she had no heart. because it didn't hurt her until she got caught.

she wasn't sorry for the pain she'd caused kk.. only the fact that she got caught because she pretended to be 100 with kk and been all in her face up until kk found out. that's not love. at least not real love.
