Andrew's POV

After Lily went in her house I feel a wave of happiness hit me. As cliche as it sounds, Im glad I went to this restaurant with Ayumi, Victor, and Lily.
I plug in my earphones in my phone, listening to music on my way home. Once I reach home, my brother asks where ive been.

"Where have you been?" Robert asks
"With friends"
"Are you sure? Cause Ive been receiving messages from Mike asking where are you"
"Other friends"
"You have more friends!?"
"Yeah"
"Tell dear old brother who they are"
"Nah"
"Why not?"
"Goodnight. See you hopefully not in my room waiting for me to wake up"
"Goodnight"
I go straight to my room get changed and fall asleep

~ 5:30 am ~
I wake up to my alarm clock ringing. I get up, take a bath and get ready for school. I head downstairs to see my brother waiting for me.
We greet each other good morning and head to hid car. Once again, the car was filled with an awkward silence the majority of the ride.

"So, Mike has been telling me you've been hanging out with this girl" Rob says
"Oh, Lily? She's just a friend. We met when I was still here years ago."
"She sounds nice."
"Yeah, she is." I smile
"There it is again."
"What is?"
"That smile. You like her, dont you?"
"Before. When we were kids. She's hasn't changed one bit"

Rob goes quiet. He stayed quiet for the rest of the drive. I have a feeling that he'll tell Mike and the others.
I reach school and meet up with Mike. After a few minutes of talking and using our phones, Lucas receives a message. Is it Rob?

"Rob just texted me." Lucas says
I froze "What did he say?"
"He said 'Tell Andrew his secret is safe with me'"
"You told him a secret?" Leo asks
"What? I don't get it. I never told him anything" I grab my phone to text Rob

'ROB!!'
'What?'
'COME ON!! DONT LET THEN KNOW! THEY DONT KNOW I THAT I USED TO LIKE HER!!'
'Chill. I'll just make an excuse'
'You better'

A few seconds later Leo receives a text.
It was from Rob.
"Its Rob again."
"What did he say?"
"He said 'Lmao tell Lucas it was a wrong send! Thats a different Andrew I'm talking about'"
"See, told you guys. I didnt tell him anything"

I stretch and reach for my books. And review some of the assignments we had. I'm forced to eat with Leo cause he wanted to have a chat, I guess?
The lunch bell rang and before I could stand Leo pulled me towards him. I froze at the sudden action Leo did. He usually doesn't do this. But then he just laughed it off. I started to question this side of him.

"Let's go?"
"I mean why not"
"Let's wait for Lucas"
"Wait he's joining?"
"Yeah, dude"
"O-oh okay"

I search around the room for Lily I haven't seen her for the entire day. But she's not here. I wonder where she is. I told Leo that I'd get something, but that was just an excuse to look for Lily. I spot one of her friends, Victor.

"Hey, Victor. Where's Lily?"
"Lily? Oh she's absent."
"Really? Why?"
"I dont really know. We tried texting her but she wouldnt reply"
"Oh. Thanks"

Lily is never absent. Maybe it's serious. Whatever, I'll ask her later. If I run off again Leo will get pissed. I meet up with Leo and Lucas waiting for me in the cafeteria. We talk about basketball, school and other stuff. Then, I get a text from Lily.

'Meet me in the library after school.'
'What? Why?'
'Questions later. Just go there. Okay?'
'Okay. Fine'

The lunch bell rings, I head to my locker and gets my books for my upcoming classes. I finish the subjects I had left for the day. Once I finished all my remaining subjects, I head straight for the library. I text Lily

'Im here. Where are you?'
'At the very back, in the corner.'
'Okay.'

I go to the back of the room and search for Lily. I see her right where she said she was. She was doing the activities she missed out today. I guess she needs my help.

"Hey."
"Oh hey!"
"Why were you absent today?"
"I was absent because I had a really bad stomach ache thats all."
"Ohh. I thought something happened to you"

We continue our conversation until Lily had to go home. We said our goodbyes and we both went home.
