Gupta House

Khushi was chitchatting with her sister Arpita who is pregnant. She just came with her husband Vijay to meet her parents and sister Khushi.

"How was the interview Khushi?" Vijay asked.

"Should agree with Jeejaji, there is no wonder if AR is No. 1 fashion house. Their interview method itself told their standard"

"That's why I applied it to you. You are the eligible candidate to AR."

"Yeah, comparing to AR, Shina's company is nothing."

"But you were the multi-worker of Sinha's company. Mark my words; it will help you in AR."

"I had done the interview very well. Let's see the result"

"You will surely get the job. Then your FUTURE will be completely changed." Vijay gave her hope.

Vijay and Arpita got married a few months ago. Vijay is a common middle-class man who was working in a private company. He loves Arpita very much. For their marriage, Shashi took a huge amount as a loan from his company. He is paying two-thirds of the salary as EMI. Khushi was the one who insisted on him doing that as she didn't know she will lose the job. This is what their family condition is. That's why Khushi wanted to join a job.

NK called Khushi to convey the matter. She attended it excusing herself from her family members, as usual.

"Hi buddy"

"You have been selected in the interview, Khushi"

"Really? Thank God"

"But Khushiiii...."

"Why are you dragging?"

"You are not going to work for Akash"

"Then?"

"You have been selected as ASR's PA"

"Whaaat?"

"No issues if you don't like to work for him. You just refuse the job. I will ask my friends to search for a good job for you"

"But why won't I work for elder Raizada?"

"Di told me that you argued with him"

"It's not a big issue, Nanne"

"For you, it's not... but for him... it is..."

"I didn't say anything wrong"

"What did you talk to him?"

"I just talked about your LOVE."

"Whaaat? My love? But, Nannav doesn't know about it?"

"Then why did he talk like that?"

"What did he ask you?"

Khushi narrated everything to NK. He had no idea how Arnav got to know about his love affair with Lavanya. If this is what the matter is, he should sort it out. He supposed.

"I'm scared of him Khushi"

"Why are you scared? What he will do? Will he do anything unpleasant?" She asked hesitatingly.

NK got her point.

"No no... not like that. He is a gem of a person in WOMEN's matter but very strict in work. He wants everything perfect. He doesn't like anyone back answers and little egoistic"

Khushi sighed

"That's all what he does? I was nervous thinking something"

"Are not you scared?"

"The student who keeps her work incomplete should be scared of the teacher... not a smart student. That is me. He is strict... he wants perfection then it's not wrong. Every MD is like him only, Nanne"

"You should be careful"

"I will. Don't worry. If I don't like the job then I will resign. Ok?"

"Ok"

He disconnected the call leaving thoughtful Khushi. Of course, she doesn't like HIS approach. He called her CHEAP. He indeed looked EGOISTIC. She knew he is not HER type. But...she needs the job. She can never get such a job and also a good SALARY. AR is a reputed company. She is not a girl who backs off without trying it. Let's try... let's work of Arnav Singh Raizada... then decide.

NK knocked on Anjali's door.

"Come in NK Bhai"

"I want to talk to you, Di"

"Yeah tell me"

"I spoke to Khushi. She is ready to work for Nannav"

"Really?"

"Yes, Di"

"Shall I talk to Chotte about it?"

"NO, Di... He may get furious if we support Khushi"

"Then what do you want me to do?" she sighed.

"Actually, I'm here to tell you something"

"What's that?"

"I'm in love with the girl, Di"

"Whattt? Really?" Anjali asked unbelievably.

"Yes, Di. Lavanya her name is. She is also our classmate in college. I want you to convey this matter to Ma and Dhadi"

"Ohh... someone wants to get married?"

"Not before Nannav"

Anjali sighed.

"But, it seems, that kadoos won't get married soon"

"Whatever Di, I want our family to know about Lavanya"

"Ok tell me about Lavanya"

"She is the only daughter of her parents. Her father and mother both are doctors. She is presently in London, went for her cousin's marriage with her parents. And...she is an ultra-modern girl, Di."

"You don't worry. Just leave it on me."

"Nannav also should know about it"

"Of course..." She smiled.

Khushi Kumari Gupta was getting ready to work for Arnav Singh Raizada. She started collecting information about him. She got something from the internet and something from magazines. She found his interview on a leading Economic magazine which derived 90% of Arnav Singh Raizada.

He is a workaholic... punctual... hard as well as smart worker... needs perfection... won't forgive blunders...

In all these, she noticed and liked ONE thing. He loves his family... even though he didn't say it in open it was visible in his words.

Yes... Khushi didn't see a single NEGATIVE point in him. That's what Khushi is. Instead of knowing about his bad side, she got to know about his good side. If we started seeing the bad side of a man, our focus will be only on the BAD side. But if we started to focus on his good side, then we will never like to see his bad side. This is her theory... totally opposite to ASR's theory.

Arnav frowned as everyone gathered in the living room. He was also called by Nani. Taking a seat, he listened to them.

"Nanne, we have no problem if you are in love. But you will get married only after Chotte. This time I won't compromise" Nani said strictly.

Arnav raised his brows.

"How dare this NK is? Did he break the egg to everyone? That girl should have insisted NK do that. She wants me to treat her well in the office." He though in his mind...gritting his teeth.

"No problem Nani. We will wait. You agreed to our marriage, that's more enough for me"

"NK Bhai, why won't we agree when you like the girl very much? Don't we know about your choice?" Anjali said.

"We have to find a girl for Arnav bituwa soon. I won't trust this guy." Manorama teased.

"No way. We agreed to Akash's marriage as payal's parents wanted to go to America with her brother. We understood their situation and got them married. But, this time, Nanne should wait" Nani said again.

Arnav was squeezing his hand. They didn't even tell him anything and decided to get them married? How could they? Khushi Kumari Gupta is a more dangerous girl then what he thought, it seems.

But Anjali's next stance made him confuse.

"NK Bhai, ask Lavanya to wait until Chotte gets married"

"Lavanya? Who is she?" Arnav asked frowning.

"Who else? NK's Girlfriend." Manorama said.

"NK's girlfriend?" he looked at everyone dropping his jaw.

"Yes, Nannav. We have fallen in love when we studied in college."

"Means, Khushi also knows Lavanya?" Nani asked.

"They are best buddies, Nani. LA calls Khushi alternative days, from London."

"It seems, Khushi is closer to Lavanya than you?" Payal countered.

"No doubt Bhabi. They are very close than me"

"Who won't like Khushi? Anyone would like her easy-going nature. Such a sweetheart she is" Nani praised.

Arnav's eyes were switching from one person to another. He was totally blown. Isn't she NK's girlfriend? She didn't argue for her but NK... So, she is naturally a warrior then?

He was a little hesitant at first as he thought she was NK's girlfriend. Now, he has no such hesitation to challenge Khushi kumari, Gupta. He can PLAY freely because she is not a would-be BAHU of Raizadas. He can easily make her bow down in front of him without hurting NK or his family. He smirked, feeling relieved.

Two opposite poles are getting ready to travel together...getting ready to be together...would they feel a pull? I'm not sure about Khushi because she is not taking him on her head unlike him. It's Arnav who is carrying her on his mind. As of now, she is in his mind. In the mere future, he may switch her place from head to heart...who knows?

Khushi's AR Entry

Arnav was unusually curious about Khushi's decision of joining the job. He couldn't predict her as he didn't know about her. She is not NK's girlfriend. So there is more chance for her to deny the job. She might fight with him not knowing who he is. But, now, after knowing who ASR is, she may not get the courage to join in AR that too as HIS PA.
