Shikamaru sits there with Naruto who is get weaker and weaker by the minute Then Hinata and himawari arrive only to see an unconscious Naruto they then run over

Hinata : Naruto what happened

Hima : papa wake up

Hinata: shikamaru what happened

Sakura to Hinata : unfortunately he has fallen into a coma there's. no telling when or if he will wake .

Sakura then leads her to his room where she sees him with the tube down his throat and begins to cry.
