When Sakura and Boruto got to narutos room the were shocked to see hinata standing in the corner crying while Naruto laid on the bed shaking uncontrollably Sakura then called nurses then the heart monitor flat lined and hinata began to cry harder and harder and Sakura then had a nurse escort hinata and Boruto to the waiting room while more nurses rushed into Narutos room then the door closed and then all hinata and Boruto could do was wait .

Hinata and Boruto were in the waiting room when the door to narutos room opened and nurses came running out followed by two more  nurses pushing a bed with Naruto laying in it followed by Sakura who then briefly stopped and explained that they were rushing Naruto into an emergency surgery because the drug that he was darted with was slowly killing his heart and that the only way they could help him was to do a heart transplant then she left .
