Yang POV

"AUNTIE!" I said happily as I hugged Auntie Summer, for as long as I could remember its been just me and my mama, Mama said that dad left us not long after I was born. Now and then she'd joke and say that he beat her to the punch. "Hi there Yang, where's your mother?" Auntie asked, "Summer, what are you doing here?" Mama asked, "Well I have a mission and I was wondering if you'd watch Ruby for me." Auntie said as she bounced Ruby in her arms, "Sure thing you are Yang's favorite and most importantly her only aunt, but why not just leave her with Tai?" Mama asked, "Well I can't leave her with someone who's not around." Auntie said, "Four months Hugh, that's a new record, come on in I'll make us some tea and the kids can play." Mama said.

Raven POV

"So how's Qrow? I heard you and he were seeing each other." I said, "Oh no, he was just helping me out with Ruby that's all." Summer said, "What about you, are you seeing anyone?" She asked, suddenly a man came tumbling down the stairs.

"Raven! I'm ready for round two!" He said as he got up, "ARTHUR GO BOOM BOOM!" Yang laughed, Summer just looked at me with a raised eyebrow, "What, Mama's still got it. There's a reason why I kept my sword." I said, "I can see that, and I'd bet you were real impressed with his swords, both of them." Summer said, "Arthur sweetie you forgot your pants." I said as I took a sip of tea.

"Bye-bye Ruby doll. Mama loves you so much, be a good girl four Auntie Raven while Mama's gone." Summer said as she kissed the top of Ruby's head before she left.

This would be the last time anyone would see Summer Rose alive.

"Mama." Yang said sadly, "Hush, not now sweetie." I said as I bounced Ruby in my arm to keep her from crying, "Auntie sleeping?" She said, "Yes sweetheart, Auntie Summer is going to sleep for a very long time." I said as I began to cry.

When we got home I put Ruby to bed, "Mama." Yang said, "Yang!" I said as I hugged her and cried, "Mama, sad?" She said, "Yes Mama is very very sad." I said as I cried, "Mama's gonna need a lot of help now that we have a new baby around here, do you think you can be a big girl and help Mama?" I asked as I dried my eyes, "Yeah!" She said happily, "That's my girl." I said as I kissed her cheek. "Now off to bed! Or else the tickle Grimm will get you and gobble you up!" I said as I tickled her a bit causing her to run to her room. "Raven?" Arthur said, "Oh you're still here? It's been like a week why didn't you go home?" I asked, "Cause I don't remember how to get home from here." He said, "You literally go straight for a couple of miles and then take a right it's not that hard." I said, "Well now I feel dumb. But Raven if you need help with anything I'm here for you." He said, "You just wanna shag again." I said, "That is part of my motives yes." He said, "Well at least you're honest." I said as I kissed him.
