The metal door swung open as I ran out. Milly, sat in a chair waiting for me but I ran by her. She knew very well what was wrong.

"Lin! Come back! " she yelled. I looked back hair in my face. I glared at her. Just as Dr. Sir stood in the door way. This mans gonna be a big problem.

"Lillian May! No running in the halls!" Anny yelled from her desk. I ignored her and ran to sector F of the hospital. The forbidden sector for sector C patients, like me. My small black Mary Jane shoes tipped and tapped as I ran. Many little and big people sat and stood around in the halls. Not many cause its sectors A-B-C-D and E's turn for breakfast. I have no time for that. I need to see Jeffrey. Mr. Mumble stood in my way. I call him that cause all he does is mumble words that you can't really understand. He stopped me. And held out his hand. He was holding something.

He whispered "help,hide" and I held out my hand. A key fell into my hands. The engraving said sector F room F-238. If I'm correct this is Jeffery's room key!!! I looked up at him and gave him the biggest smile as I held the key with two hands. I shoved the key into my shoe. Where no one will check. My goan doesn't have pockets. So that was the best place for it. I hugged him with my tiny arms. He bent down and hugged me. "Be careful" he whispered. I kissed his soft cheek as sneaked around more corners of the halls.

Anny was looking for me. As she was yelling at Milly. Milly saw me. I held up one finger to signal shh. She nodded. Yes! As long as anny doesn't spot me I'm clear! I snuck past people using them to hide. Most ignored me. Some patted my head. Other actually helped me hide. They knew what I was doing. I came through here everyday.

I finally reached sector F. I ran up the stairs because 200 rooms are upstairs. I tripped on a step and slammed my knee into the step next. It hurt a lot. But I kept going. No one is allowed in the halls here. So I have to be quick. I saw his room and ran to it.

"Jeffrey" I whispered loudly into the little hole. He herd me and crawled his way to the door. "Precious! Your alright. Have you seen this new doctor." He said. He always called me precious I loved the name. But wait how did he know about the doctor.
"You herd about the doctor?" He lowered his head.
"Yeah, he said I'm gonna be put through some new treatment. Fuck him right." Should I tell him I have his key? No. I need to be smart and wait. If I get him out now we'll both be put into confinement. I don't want to be there ever again.

"Precious, I have to ask you of a favor." I looked into his faded blue eyes.
"Keep an eye on this guy. And find out any information you can. And maybe we both can get out of here." I nodded my head.
"There's a notebook in my stuff. You'll have to get into that locked room and find it. It should be in sector G. The storage sector. The key should be in Anny's top drawer. Find my name as well. To unlock my stuff. In the notebook you will find stuff about every person in this place. And secret ways I've found before they put me here. Write down any information you find out about this guy in that book. " I nodded. As I processed what I had to do.
"Jeffrey, we can figure this out together." His mask lifted. That was him smiling. The mask he says hides his face because his nurses are scared if his looks. But his eyes show me that his probably beautiful. I wish to see what he looks like but he has the love me lots jacket. I had of once, when I through tantrums. But I don't anymore.

"Go precious! Before anny catches you."
"Alright. " I started to run through the halls. But before I left. Jeffrey mumbled something. Three words I couldn't understand.
I'll ask him later.

I reached sector C and Milly sat by my door with anny next to her. Anny saw me and her eyes just about went full demon. She stomped over to me and grabbed my ear.
"How dare you run away like that! You worthless piece of ---"
"Anny you must watch your language around her. She is only a child"
"You shut your trap young lady." She glared at her. Just before anny could start yelling again. Clicking of professional shoes could be herd coming down the hall. I tried to look but anny will had me in her grips. She stopped and looked up. The footsteps stopped right behind me. Anny stood straitened and looked ahead. I turned around to see Dr. Sir.
"Hello again Lillian, got your self into some trouble I see." His smirk was almost unsightly. I looked away. Tears welling up in my eyes. He sighed.
"Don't cry please. " he held out his arms. I looked in surprise tears falling down my cheeks. I took small steps to him. He wrapped his long arms around my tiny body. And he picked me up. My let's wrapped around his side and my arms on his neck. As I layer my head on his shoulder. I rocked me a little. Saying shh.

This was very strange behavior for a worker here. The only nice one here is Milly. All the sectors have evil nurses that beat them. He held me.
"Its okay baby girl. She won't hurt you anymore." She rubbed my back. My eyes started to drupe. Oh no sleep was coming.

"See this is how you calm them down." He said. Opening my door to my room. Laying me down in my bed.
Milly helped Dr. Sir cover me up. And I fell asleep.
