Powers: After being saved by Qrow Branwen and All for One, Izuku was given a quirk called 2.0 from a relic All For One found that gave him 10 quirks that are 2.0 versions of themselves, can't be stolen or nullified and do not have the drawbacks the original ones have

1. All for One 2.0- Izuku has his father's quirk but instead of simply stealing and giving quirks, he also can upgrade them, edit them as well as not having to physically touch the person just have his eyes on them for 10 seconds. Izuku got the silver eyes from the relic.

2. Cremation- Like his best friend Dabi, Izuku can emit blue flames from his body but the 2.0 version allows him to also emit purple flames that is even hotter going at temperatures of 10,000 degrees Fahrenheit while also granting him immunity to his own or someone else's flames. (A/N Dabi's flames can go to a max of 2,000 degrees Fahrenheit)

3. Pump Up- This quirk allows its user to have immense levels of strength, speed, stamina and durability on par with All Might's at 100% and continues increasing the power level to the point that their muscle fibers can't be contained by their own skin, for Izuku's 2.0 version his strength already surpasses All Might's current 100% power at just 10% of his own, his speed makes people consider him the fastest person on the planet, he's able to tank attacks that would normally destroy entire cities and his stamina with further training allows him to go for weeks without rest or breaks.

4. Hyper Regeneration- This quirk allows the user to heal any wound so long as the head is intact, Izuku's version is called Ultra Regeneration which allows him much more abilities, he's able to heal his whole body so long as there is a drop of his blood left of him. It also strengthens his immune system so he doesn't have to worry about being poisoned, drugged, drunk or getting sick. Another effect is that his healing replaces the dying or already dead cells in his body with healthy ones at a continuous rate that makes him essentially immortal by him being ageless to being nearly impossible to kill. Also if Izuku gives 5 drops of blood to a person that is either terminally ill or have scarring throughout anywhere on there body, the blood will heal them completely.

5. Weather Manipulation- Originally the users of this quirk would be able to summon and control lightning, rainfall and create giant tornadoes, though the side effect was that it causes the user's cells to degenerate at a fast rate that will be fatal if used too long. Izuku's version allows him to control any kind of weather of his choice, from blizzards and hailstorms that allow him to manipulate ice and snow, combine this quirk with his Cremation to make flaming tornadoes and if he's near a decent sized body of water then he could also create hurricanes. He also can control wind so he can fly as well

6. Spike- Izuku can protrude 12 inch long claws from his hands, feet and back that can be fused with his elemental powers to inflict more damage but by themselves they're capable of shattering brick and cutting through steel bars meant for maximum security prisons.

7. Hydra- Izuku is capable of summoning docile snake dragon like creatures from his back that can be big enough to crush an adult in their jaws or small enough to go through small cracks, also they can act as highly durable shields and can be ridden to be like safety transfer rides.

8. Helical Scythe- Similar to Blackwhip but it's red and black and can rotate like drills to either destroy obstacles or do more damage to opponents.Can be used to capture targets, scale walls and create a large construct of himself. 

9. Endurance- For this Quirk,the user's morale converts into stamina and physical energy the more they're excited or driven to complete a task. For Izuku, his moral is converted not only into stamina and physical energy but also increases his brain's perception speed allowing him to learn things and perceive time at a much faster rate.Anyone else think this quirk sounds like it was made for a dominant partner?

10. Impact Recoil- Allows the user to redirect the impact damage caused by a physical force to damage the origin of it but not fully so the user still feels damage. Izuku's version does not only reverse the full blow but also absorbs the kinetic energy to boost his punches that is harmless to him but damaging to others self explosion tactic like a shield.
