AMERICA POV
It was has been few years since the war happened. From what happened after, the council changed their rules with their new leaders. We are trained and decided to change the rules. We agreed with it and some who couldn't tell their feelings to the other elements, are falling in love with each other. So to tell you who are they, for the earth is me, water is Sweden, Japan was calm upset when she wasn't leader but she was cool after, the air was Philippines, Germany didn't want to but he wanted to be the fire element and he was grated that wish, and lastly was Russia for fire. Russia let me visit the air elements time to time and Greece and I guess was Thailand was talking to each other about Phil. I realized that a huge serpent like creature was flying towards the moon and was opening its mouth when they started to play loud instruments and it made it go back to the ground. After few minutes, Phil arrived. He greeted us as if nothing happened. "Ummm... what happened earlier?" He blushed from embarrassment. "Weeeeellllllll........" Vietnam went behind us and whispered, "His the serpent." Phil looked at Vietnam and he just shrugged and wen somewhere. "Yea, I'm the serpent, the moon eating serpent." After that we spend our dinner with him and talked to him. We became close and so as Sweden who visited him later than us. We joked and talked a lot. Then they teased us a little. Phil asked us about the kids. "They are asleep and they're fine." Russia wrapped his tail around me. Soon we returned home. They fell asleep. Someone tugged on my sleeve. I looked down and it was Ela. "What's wrong, dear?" I carried her, "I can't sleep, can I sleep with you and father." I looked and Russia and he went to me, "Yea sure." We put her in our bed and soon she fell asleep and we both cuddled with her keeping her warm.

( This is done for me. I have no idea yet and I won't draw the characters, some are drawn and shown. I have planned about a story about Phil( It's just a thought). About him trying to hide his power and his power can turn him into something dangerous. Until he can find something to stop him from turning into the beast in time before it's too late.)
