Sofia Navarro is a first generation Mexican-American living in the Windy City of Chicago. She is a girl who enjoys to keep to herself but is also the biggest yapper you'll meet. Once she opens her mouth it is almost impossible to keep her quiet. She yearns for a life with many trips around the world, a great love story, amazing friendships and many many coffee dates with herself. With finishing her associate degree in communications, she decided to continue her education in her native land Villahermosa , Mexico.

Diego Lainez is a young man who is ready to settle in life. He has everything such like a good career, great peers and in general a good life. Only thing missing for Diego is someone to share life with. His mother had informed him that her childhood friend's daughter would be coming to Villahermosa to stay for school and had asked him to make her feel welcome. Having ended a bad relationship caused Diego to swore off love until his eyes landed on Sofia.

What happens when both strangers find an attraction toward each other and decide to play a game of cat and mouse?
