Summary of the plot; The story is about a mystery of the two dead bodies, which have been gruesomely discovered at EdgeWay Christian Academy by students. Near the corpses, Christian phrases from the scriptures of the Bible were written. It’s an elaborated adventure, which contains many different characters, depicts the great efforts of hiding secrets, in which some adolescents’ familial members put in order to cover up murders and disappearances. Particularly, there are three important personalities, which catch the attention of the readers; Steven Hall, Ahmen Heavenstate and Irina Gravestepper. Firstly, Steven Hall, whose father, Marcus, is the well-respected Pastor of the community, is seen as the prodigy son and successor of his father’s benefice. However, he’s the exact opposite of the Christian role model when it comes to a proper behavior, respective manners and courtly way of talking. Secondly, Ahmen Heavenstate, who is a freshman, adoptee during his adolescence and Muslim-turned-Christian. Thirdly, Irina Gravestepper, whose family kept her away from meeting and living with a substantial human-being. In addition to this, the narration has some crucial flashbacks, revealing the real familial relation between the characters of the present and the past, who has been missing or got murdered.
     These adolescents observe their surroundings, try to discover their families’ secretive and strange behavior. As the students were following some clues, they decide to visit a mental hospital, to do a home invasion to get some incriminating evidence in order to establish their suspicious theories. A journalist of the EdgeWay Press, whose name is Caroline, creates a turmoil through her published articles. An unexpected and sudden arrival of a female figure in their city arouses suspicions and this personality is Charity, who was the Pastor of the church in California and now is more than eager to donate money to EdgeWay Christian School. At the center of all this mess, the high – school students gradually reach the truth and consequently, they are exposed to unspoken dangers, such as an attack during a break-in, conspiracies against them etc.

Personal Experience; I was utterly mesmerized by the presentation of the characters characters and the author’s choice of creating two main male leading roles, and these two personalities were antagonists. The whole concept of two male protagonists was capturing, as the majority of wattpad stories are based on a female protagonist. I liked the fact that new characters were introduced to the story and slide in smoothly.

Opinions; To be frank, I adore your personal way of writing style. The divided narration between the presence and the past (12 years ago) was very interesting, created a mysterious feeling and drew the readers’ attention more and more to the storyline. In addition, I was completely amused by the expressive and not extensive depiction of places, as well as the description of the body language, the inner thoughts and the feelings of the story’s characters. Moreover, the elaborated storyline was capturing and far from tedious, establishing a great agony of yearning to uncover hidden, cryptic secrets which were sealed for decades and of repining for investigating the. The elaborated construction of the narration was utterly clear and nobody could be misled or got stuck to some chapters due to hypothetical mistakes (there was none in any chapter). The author has purposely given and scattered names and clues in different chapters through characters’ behavior, body language as well as their staring or their glaring. Last but not least, I do strongly believe that foreign readers can benefit from the great variety of your ornate words, expressions and archaic english words. It’s a way of learning new phrases and expanding your personal horizons, if you’re not a native english speaker.

Recommendations; I was totally eager to read the story, judging by its elegant cover and its brief, cryptic summary. The only slight problem that I observed was an abrupt ending of some phrases at the end of one or two chapters, which can be easily overcome. I am Christian and I am drawn by the mystery of discovering hidden and gruesome secrets, which are related to my religion and I do adore the disillusionment and degradation of the infallibility or the endless admiration of priests as well as hieratic benefices. Finally, if someone can relate to this previous inner feeling and endless need, they should definitely head and read immediately this thrilling mystery.
