Lydia Rose was a typical senior high school student. She was a ballerina and had gotten straight A's since third grade. She planned to keep it that way, until her new English teacher failed her on a huge assignment right before the end of the semester, dropping her grade to a C.

When she asked him if there was anything she could do to fix her grade, she assumed he would say she could redo the assignment or better yet it was an accident. But, he had other ideas. And things would soon get out of hand.
