Well just being honest i always use deviantart it has pngs too. 

What are pngs?

Well no i'm not an English teacher but my mother is :) 

Pngs are well pictures without background...i think 

Deviantart is an app that can give you more than thousand pictures of the person you want..that is AWESOME. 

You just search for the picture you want suppose you search for Taylor swift you get more than uh 200 pictures or maybe more than 1000.

DEVIANT ART IT IS!!!!!!

You can also log in with face-book for some other apps if you know that might be good. 

For deviantart it is online but some prefer it to be logged in. 

Just simply login in your account and if you don't have one SIGNUP!!!
