The cover is great although I personally would like to see the author name bigger and more obvious. Also mabye add more colour, and use a different picture. It's just an idea... Also the title could be in capital letters :-)

I think it would be easier for the reader as well if it was split into smaller paragraphs, each one when a new idea is presented.

Sounds good to me so far considering what I read. I really am interested in knowing where this will go. Great job so far, just work on the descriptions and add some surprising twists ;-)

Overall:
I read the first ten chapters and think it's a great. I would advise you to have the author notes in bold and/or itallic so it doesn't confuse the reader. Also try and describe the surroundings more so the reader can visualise the place.

Anything Else:
Nope. I really love the story so far, just work on what I've said.
