You could split it into paragraphs so it looks better in a way. Also the wording could be a bit better e.g. She may have survived the apocalypse, but can she survive from the wolves, especially when she's being followed by one?

Sounds good to me so far considering what I read. I'm really enjoying it to be honest :-D

Great descriptions. Just correct the few grammatical errors you have as well as tense ones.
