What I liked:

It's a different take on the civil rights movement and I liked it was in the point of view of a normal black woman as opposed to Rosa Parks herself. It's also another perspective of Rosa Parks' defiance that sparked the boycott of bus services that eventually led to the segregation being made illegal. It was written but...-

What I didn't like:

- it reads like one of those diary entries your history teacher would make you write in the point of view of a person in the topic you're learning. Instead of the speaker feeling anger and injustice at segregation, it seems as if she's more mildly inconvenienced by it.

Overall:

I'm going to rate this a 6/10. It's a short, 1 chapter story so there's not much to go on, but if the writing wasn't so basic I would've given it a higher rating. I liked it and it didn't go overboard in any aspects of it.
