What I liked:

I loved that the chapters were short and conclusive. It made the story easy to digest as opposed to long complicated chapters because this could've very easily been a complicated story.

Both Rosé and William had been hurt by people they love and are learning to love themselves and others again.

William seems quite charming, and nice as a person, if not very forward. He seems more complicated than initially shown. Especially shown through William expressing how he was hurt with his fiancée cheated on him, only for him to do it to the person he was dating. (Edit: I hope William chokes)

There's a lot the two main characters need to work out for themselves and between one another and I think you're tackling it well.

I actually didn't like anyone in this story aside from Evan who wasn't even present that much in the story. I didn't like a lot of the characters, but I loved to see what they were going to do next to make me dislike them even more lol

What I didn't like:

At the end of the chapters, you liked to give the reader an insight into the characters or what's going to happen in the story. I think you need to show it at that time or express what you want to happen later in the story. Like instead of telling us that Rosé and William will pay for their rushed actions, show us through small notions or just let the reader think they're being naive. I hope that makes sense lol

I just say this because if this was a published story, you wouldn't have the privilege of doing this.

Overall: 

I'll give this an 8/10. I enjoyed reading everything you wrote so far which such varying characters and twists!
