Hello Akshay, hope you had a wonderful day.

1. To begin with, can you tell us about yourself?

I have done my bachelors in mechanical engineering from North Maharashtra University from the A.I.C.T.E Approved College in the academic year 2012. I have also done diploma in Automobile engineering from Government polytechnic college which is approved by DTE. Adding to my credentials, I have four plus year of industrial experience from the automobile Multi National Company & has been awarded trice with the title of "Best Kiazen Award" in year 2013 & twice in year 2015 . I have also been awarded for " Five S Award " in the year 2014. Owing to my qualities like punctuality, regularity & hard work the company has conferred me with " Best Attendance Award " twice, in the year of 2013 & 2015. I have gathered the information with my own efforts & the cooperation of my seniors for Quality & NPD department & parallel with all departments within the short period of time. I also have my own manufacturing unit which started in the year of 2017 under the registration of MSME

2. When did you start writing?

Approximately...march 2016

3. How did you develop interest in writing?

I have just share my knowledge & I think everyone persons want a right path when he has starts their carrier but when I was start my carrier then I have guidance of my elder brothers but my friends don't have, they were suffering from lots of obstacles to choose there carrier department for working at that time I was decided to solve the every mechanical engineers problem or to reduce there questioners while appearing there final year or after completion stage. From that concept the manuscript will be starts to overcome this issue.

4. Do you remember your first writing?

I think I started writing in march 2016

5. What are your other hobbies?

Making a new friends & listening from others about their experience.

6. Can you tell us more about this book?

Generally these book is one of the guidance book to all mechanical engineer those are appearing their final year in mechanical engineering or those are looking for a job opportunity in the market. Here I am explaining all the training awareness which is given to all GET (Graduate Trainee Engineer) after joining in the company in their trainee period. Also explain the job responsibility of each departments. Most of the students don't have any idea about How many departments are working in company? & Which departments are recruits the mechanical engineer ? what is the actual company working of mechanical engineer? All such a big things are explaining with briefly as per my experience. & I am sure that those students are refer these books they will make their resume equivalent to one year experience holder's profile & exceptional from other. For better understanding in details I have also starts the short term course.

7. What made you write this book?

Guide to all mechanical engineer fresher about company working.

8. Is this your debut book?

Yes.

9. Do you write poetries and stories too?

No

10. Who is your inspiration?

Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam

11. Who is your favourite author?

Mr. Shiv Khera.

12. Why is it you liked him, while there are numerous writers out there?

He has explain the success of life & how to make our decision.

13. Which book is close to your heart?

"Wings of Fire"

14. What change do you wish to bring in this monotonous lifestyle?

Nothing special.

15. Do you have any idea of starting your own company?

I have already starts my new disposables products manufacturing units in the year 2017.

16. What do you think about the current type of lifestyle that people live in?

Everyone is busy with their carrier. No one has time to take rest for their relatives also.

17. Your views on current job opportunities?

A Company generally looks something exceptional from other for each designation.

18. How supportive were your family?

My family is always with me & I'm strongly supported by some one special.

19. What do you wish to say to your readers?

Your decision is your future. So take a right decision for a right path.
