Interview with Apoorva Sharma, the author of "An incomplete love story"

Greetings Apoorva..

Hope you are doing good. Let me begin the interview with the first question.

Can you tell us about yourself?

I belong to the commerce stream, a CA student. I always wanted to do something different from academics, don't know when from my accounts ledger I shifted to writing down my imagination into a paper. I love to read fiction stories.

When did you first start writing?

As professionally, this book is my first project

Do you remember what you wrote first?

I remembered I love to write poems. I have written it for valentine's day

My first poem

We celebrate with holding wine, the day of love that is Valentine

Remain happy praying to God, holding each other's hand moving on the road

The Boy gives a rose to the beautiful lady, the girl hugs him like he is her teddy

They promised each other a lot of things, then he proposed and exchange rings

They kiss and make their beautiful way, this is how they celebrate their valentine day.

How did you get the interest in writing?

After reading a lot of fiction, my interest developed for writing. And especially because of Chetan Bhagat sir, I inspired a lot from his books, love the way he presents his scenes.

Who are your favourite authors? Why?

Chetan Bhagat, Ravinder Singh, Khaled Hosseini. Love their writing styles, the way of their storytelling.

Tell us about your book Apoorva

This book is about a girl Mahi, who loves her life to the fullest, lives it with positive energy and enjoy every moment with great happiness. She was enjoying her life to the fullest but a storm came to her life in the form of her past. This story is about how Mahi struggles with her love life..

Do you write only stories?

I write poems

Who has been your inspiration?

Reading books was my inspiration and especially Chetan sir's book inspired me to write. And my friend Komal who motivated me to write, she was the one who corrects me and guides me.

Your views on love?

According to me, love should be pure, without any ego, any fakeness, with a clean heart.

How should a story or a poem be, according to you?

A story or poem should be in a way that it should connect to the reader.

How do you feel when you write?

Writing is the best feeling for me. It is the best stress buster. A great experience

What are your other hobbies?

Hobbies- Books, Music, Travel, Food

How was your publishing journey with blue rose publishers?

Publishing journey was really nice, responsive employees, good in consulting, great work.

Next book might be somewhere in 2019
