The content of the book is divided into 16 units. Each unit deals with a different content which has been explained in detail in an uncomplicated manner.

First the author gives an overall view on refrigeration and air conditioning industries. Later on he shares his knowledge about the very basics like handling of systems, the tools required for it, and the components of the air conditioning and refrigeration systems. He also gives us insight on how to develop our soft skills, how to deal with time and manage your time and stress. The author has also narrated about first aid management.
