Do women who wish to make a mark in their career, do it effortlessly? Do they face any

challenges in their personal as well as professional life? How do they overcome those struggles?

Aarti the protagonist of this story, 'Storm in Silence' by Nikhlesh, is one such ambitious

character who is career oriented lady. But due to certain circumstances she had to stay

dedicated to her family where Mr.Krishnakant, her father-in-law totally opposes the idea of

working women. But she takes up a job when the opportunity strikes after few years of her

marriage. That decision makes her life a roller coaster ride. She faces many cunning men who

tangles her in a scam. Finally her strong will and determination helps her solve the issue and

mend her personal life.

exceptional job in maintaining the element of suspense throughout the story. The flow of the

story is so interesting and uninterrupted that would make the readers not to close the book

unperturbed. Readers can easily adapt and get along with the characters. His narration has

made the readers sit at the edge of their seats in anticipation of the next happening.
