The story of Shresht in the journey of self discovery. If something is destined for you, you will get it no matter what. But in life to realize your worth and to discover what life has in store for you, one needs to travel the rough path. The author shares his experiences with a touch of imagination. He also says that if we see the reality we would understand that understanding yourself will result into understanding the God.

Writing Style (3.2/5) – Simple and perceptible.

Narration (3.2/5) – Reader friendly. Scenarios are described well. The chapters are well organised and the flow of the story too is good. Every character's emotions are very well brought out. But I felt there was a lot of grief throughout the story. In few places the story was monotonous as it is a non-fiction. But still the story was so good to read.
