Do tell us about yourself Sir..

I Ram Naresh Sharma. Of Patna Bihar. More than 48yrs extensive experience in electrical and mechanical HVAC field in our country and Abroad.

How did you get the interest in writing sir?

It's Grace of master when I was working that time thinking about to share knowledge to colleagues but in vain.

When I have joined in the mission of skill development accelerated building programme as vocational skill to make skill India. As Faculty I.A.S.PATNA. with view to give best learning I was prepared note to deliver in classroom to give more practical and easier way in my personal grudge and understand it's important role results as made me A very small Author.

When I have started to give training as Trainer inspired me the interest of the young learners in the classroom to fulfills gap between zero level to high levels of knowledge,skills and attitude. by Grace.

I acknowledge the interest to see the passion of learner to be explored who are interested to get success as professional in the field of Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Field.

Tell us about your book, Sir

The book "Troubleshooting &Repairing of Refrigeration &Home Appliances " is creation of all rapidly developing countries initiatives towards opportunities as to produce skilled workforce in keeping in mind

This book has been written about the role of Field Engineer as to work on National Occupational standard to make new skill India. With view to experience in this area is lacking knowledge of basic fundamental of Electrical and as Author of the book tried to explain terms& legend and words very much effective for to improve their performance and out come. I wish you to all participants will able to improve quality of training as well as to create confidence towards job. and society.

What is the purpose of writing this book sir?

In this book I have tried to give knowledge about domestic use and maintained properly Refrigeration and Air-conditioning &Home Appliances on the basis of effective knowledge and work experience. I have try to express in a very easy way and used important image/drawings in updated. It's facts that it's easier understand is rare available.

This book is written totally professionally and it conceive maximum knowledge in less words.this book consist of technical skill and soft skill information.,safety and security. First AID.

I also like to share that my vital experience will help in success of the learners. I would like to share that knowledge whatever acquired .It's my sincerely effort will reached higher/best sustainable employable skill knowledge through the book .

I'm inspired by the grace of God as well as my personal feelings to observe need to improve quality of training in the mission of skill development. Initiative.

Very shortly expected IT I courses/skill India in the name of Refrigeration and Air-conditioning &Home Appliances as PRACTICAL.both Hindi&English mixed
