"Headache in the Heart" a fiction by Abhya Gupta is about a beautiful dark and intense single sided love story of the protagonist. The author has taken inspiration from the present scenario where people meet through matrimonial sites. Our protagonist faces one such situation where she likes a guy from matrimonial site and they begin their relation from there on. It is then her life takes a huge turn.

Writing style of the author is elegant and touches the heart of all readers. She has done a very good characterization and narration. One would be able to travel along the story and feel the intense emotions of both the characters. Short verses and quotes in between the passages highlights the feel of the story. Story flows smooth and the chapters are very well organised. There were no major errors. The title of the book is quite unique and catchy. The cover has been designed so beautifully and fits the story apt.

While many stories and book have been written on the toughest times of love and break ups with a male protagonist, Abhya has tried it with a female protagonist, which has turned out to be so lovely and touching. I'd suggest all the readers to read this book.
