The book contains 13 chapters, each describing in detail how to invest in the right time, and with the right amount. The author help us in teaching how to analyse the financial statements, how to read the annual reports and how to invest your stock wisely. The author has also written how to avoid unnecessary investments. The author has written this book through his self learning and his experiences in his eight years of stock market.

The chapters are well organized and no grammatical errors were found. The author's simple language makes it easy for the readers to grasp every detail. The author has highlighted all the essential points which one should know about trading and stock markets. The author has also mentioned the reference sources. Title fits the book perfectly. Cover design is simple and neat. The author has explained how to read the annual reports and analysing the statements using a few companies reports and statements.

The author has done an exceptional work in providing knowledge about stock market and investments.
