These are just my opinions and I hope I wasn't too harsh with the review. Thank You for being patient.

The cover was pretty and the title only brought more secrecy to the book.

The details could've been more elaborated. Like in chapter three, when the children are singing the song, if the lyrics were written in italics between the narrator's thoughts would make the reader more enthralled into the story.

The plots for the stories were wonderful and exceptionally portrayed. There was some confusion in the first chapter about how the character was in different locations or was holding something that wasn't clear, the details will cover that up too.
