Thoughts: You really need to know on not only your grammar, but on breaking your sectences apart. It was really hard to tell at times who was talking becuase three people would be talking in the same paragraph.

Others: I believe it could become better if you work on knowing the right words to put into sectences and knowing when to put commas and periods at the end.
