All Micky James has wanted to do since he could speak as break out of the norm. Break out of his family, his house, his perfect-picket fence life. And his only way to do so was to get into one of the biggest music schools in the area, or so he thought. His different look always caused people to look his way, but not in the way he would like. He was literally the black sheep of the family and he didn't mind. He would rather be different from being fake and materialistic like the rest of them. The only escape he had was either a bar, his friends, or his job: Steak N Shake. And actually wanting to go stand on your feet for ten hours to get away from a family that doesn't even bother you is odd. After what should have been the best day of his life failed, a family friend and his daughter seem to be Santa Clauses at the beginning of spring. When a sudden opportunity for a job gets him so many things he's ever wanted, money, a full ride into college, the interest of a girl... A popular school was the least of his concerns.
