Summary:

A group of friends are having the last day of their normal lives without knowing. Emma is still dealing with her crush on her friend Wyatt. Her normal life. Then everything changes.

An outbreak begins destroying her home, her country, her everything. Her parents have already passed before everything broke out. Her sister is away in Boston living with her husband. All she has with her are her friends: Wyatt, Eva, and Ben. People began feasting on other people. They soon realize the life they have known is now gone. 

Her and her friends had no idea what lay ahead of them. Emma finds love, but the love of many other people has faded.
