With this spell, you can make it rain or snow, depending on the temperature.

Method 1

What you need:

Paper and pen

Draw a yinglong (Winged Chinese dragon) on the paper. Draw it as good as you can, but don't worry if it doesn't look like a masterpiece, its fine as long as you are devoted and put effort into it.

Then, put your drawing somewhere that you can see the sky(like by a window) and wait 

for the rain! (it might take a couple of days, especially if the sky is clear)

Method 2

What you need:

A foggy mirror.

Belief

Alternatively, you can draw the yinglong on a foggy mirror. As the image fades, it will travel to the skies and bring rain or snow!

As with the first method, you might have to wait a couple days before you see any effects.
