Alabama executes the oldest inmate on death row: A Prisoner, 97, who killed John Philip a retired UC Berkeley law professor,with a revolver in 1994 is given the lethal injection after a last meal of two Philly cheese steaks and two Shots of bourbon.

According to eye witnesses at the murder scene John Philip exponent of creationist theory and author of the best selling book 'Darwin and other Liars.'

Confronted His would be murderer Dr. Henry Walton Jones, Jr on the steps of Alabama university.

Philip holding a cam corder claimed that all Dr Jones archeological findings after 4000bc were fake and is it not time to confess to the people of the world and save his mortal soul before its to late?

It was at this point Dr Jones's drew his pistol and shot him.

Arrested on the spot the local sheriff department stated there was no resistance from Jones and when asked why he shot Mr Philip the nonagenarian murderer murmured.

"I didn't have my bulll whip with me."

Condolences have been sent to John Philips family and his organization AAAJ(as American as Jesus) from the flat earth society and Dr Larrance "Moe" Curtly Author of Moon Landings and other cover ups.

Dr Curly went on record saying all of Dr Jones Work should be destroyed as this man has been  linked with the Nazis long before the war started .

Indeed the CIA have reports of Jones meeting Hitler and Ho Chi Min and as a fluent Russian speaker he has been a suspected subversive for decades.

Especially during the McCarty era of the fifties.

On July 1st 3:00pm the lethal injection was administered.

The warden said up until then the silent convict Jones finally spoke his last words.

"Strange it feels like snake venom."

He just smirked and slipped away.
