SO I HAD A IDEA. I had this scenario for d and d that didn't previously have a name but NOW I THOUGHT OF ONE!

"Dutopia, the land of the desolate."

I thought of dutopia when I remembered something how in Greek, utopia meant 'no place' so I combined dust and utopia.

it is pronounced due-topia.

The scene is in a desolate Pangea type super continent with only a few forests and a huge cave system. The time period is unknown but I think it something like the year 2238.

There are four factions as listed:
the junk army.
Fall in the fallout
The quantum theorem
And the raiders.

The junk army is basically a medieval style of honor and fighting except they have mechs and machinery.

The fall in the fallout is the faction for those who have been affected by the radiation and have mutated with new benefits and detriments. They are very animalistic and primal due to brain decay.

The raiders have no centralized government and are usually in small camps around dutopia. They do know however to use the over factions gear and machinery due to their use of incorporating their tech with the others tech.

The quantum theorem is a faction that works with other factions as they can't really defend themselves in battle to well but can make any other faction much more powerful for certain things usually protection.

I made stats for a few factions like the hierarchy and things like that.
