Rammwings are a more aggressive tribe. Their eyes allow them to see thermal radiation (infrared), and their fire is so hot that it's actually amethyst purple. The males are bigger and have larger horns (size difference shown above), and are the more aggressive overall. Unlike other WoF species, Rammwings have no visible ears. Instead, they have ear sockets (like those of a snake). They are ruled by a king, instead of a queen. Once hatchlings are able to stand, they are sent to the barracks for training for about 6 years. If they are deformed, they are either killed or banished upon hatching. There are very few females in the tribe, and those that are terhTe are seen as weak, unless they prove otherwise. They live in a kingdom far up in a range of coniferous mountains.
If injured while training, they are banished or killed on the spot. Only offspring of the king and others he approves of are allowed to live within the tribe. Animus hatchlings are kept locked up in the castle after their abilities become prominent.
