Lucy sat in the back of the wedding hall as she watched her guild mate Lisanna walk down the aisle. She saw her best friend and the one she love the most standing at next to Master Markov. He flashed her a smile just before Lisanna started to walk down the aisle. He was curious as to why his best friend sat in the back, but had no choice but to brush it off.

"Do you Lisanna Strauss, take Natsu Dragneel to be your lawfully wedded husband?" Master said.

"I do." Lisanna said happily.

Natsu had looked back to see Lucy again but she was gone, the smile that he had worn was instantly gone. "Do you Natsu Dragneel, take Lisanna Strauss to be your lawfully wedded wife?"

Natsu didn't answer. He was deep in thought trying to figure out why Lucy disappeared.

"Natsu??" Master said.

"I got to go find Lucy." Was all he said before running around Mongolia looking for the girl with blonde hair and chocolate blue eyes.

Everyone that attended the wedding was shocked at Natsu's actions. Everyone knew that he cared Lucy, but never did any of them think that he would abandon his own wedding to find her.

Lisanna was brought to tears when she saw him run away. They were dating for two years before he proposed. She was shocked to say the least. Her brother and sister were next her to try and comfort the crying girl along with several of her friends.

Natsu had looked almost everywhere now. The guild hall, the park, her favorite place to go when she was sad or upset. The last place he had to look was her apartment. The window and door was locked but he was able to look through the window and see that the place was empty of all of Lucy's belongs. Everything that was once there was gone. He didn't know to look for her anymore, but he wasn't going to give up just yet.

Lucy had been doing extra jobs and saving a lot of money over the two years. She talked to her landlord and got her rent lowered to 60000 jewels a month. She saved the 10000 jewels and put it away in a safe place along with the extra money with the jobs she has been doing almost non stop for the past few years and was able to buy back the Heartfilia estate. Although she still has some money she needed to pay for it, she asked Sabertooth if she could join there so she can get the extra money from there not wanting to go back to Fairy Tail. Sting happily said yes, although he asked why he didn't get an answer.

Natsu returned to the guild hall two weeks after he was suppose to be married. Mira and Elfman both came up to Natsu and was going to beat him up for leaving their little sister at the altar, but he just blocked their attacks like it was nothing. Mira even changed into one of her many Satan Souls, but Natsu was not in the mood for a fight. He didn't want anyone to bother him right now, he only wanted to talk to master. So, when the attacks from Mira's Satan Soul came at him, he acted like it was nothing blocking them and then briefly fighting back to show that he is not in the mood for the girls annoying and pointless fighting. Everyone looked at him shocked. Natsu is always in the mood for a good fight.

"Where is she Gramps?" Natsu said with his bangs covering his eyes. Markov just gave him a cold looked disappointed in his actions. "Markov! Where. Is. Lucy?!"

Everyone was stunned at how Natsu addressed Master, and Master was less then happy with him.

"I don't know where she is Natsu. She left without telling anyone, boy. All I know is that she left the guild. Rumor has it that she was seen around the Sabertooth guild."

Annoyed with his answer. Natsu turned around and walked out. Everyone could clearly see that his guild emblem is fading off of his arm.

Lucy finally got the mansion clean and dust free. Satisfied she looked the door and left to visit SaberTooth to get a job and talk to her friends.

Natsu ran as fast as he could to Sabertooth guild. He had to see his Lucy. When Natsu finally got there he was amazed at big the guild hall was and that it also had a pool. He didn't let it distract him for too long though. He came here for a reason. He was able to smell her. She knew he was here recently.

"Natsu!" Sting said happily. "What brings you here?"

Natsu was able to smell Lucy's scent all over him, he was not happy about this at all. "Where is she Sting?"

"Where's who?"

"Lucy! Where is my Lucy?! Don't even try lying! I know she was here. Her scent is all over you."

"Woah man calm down. Yeah she was here. She joined the guild. She just left not to long ago. I don't know where she is staying or anything. Her scent is on me because we hugged goodbye." Sting said. "How was your wedding by the way? I'm sorry I couldn't make it."

"My wedding?" Natsu thought carefully trying to think about why Sting would mention him getting married. Then he remembered he left Lisanna to go look for Lucy. "I I left in the middle to look for Lucy. She was there one second and gone the next. I went to look for her."

"You felt in the middle of your own wedding?!"

"So that's why Mira and Elfman attacked me when I walked into Fairy Tail."

"Oh Natsu. Well you are welcome to for when Lucy comes back. She should probably be back soon. She took a small job for food money."

"Thanks Sting."

"Hey where is your guild emblem?"

"Oh I uh quit Fairy Tail in all my rage. While looking for Lucy."

"Oh, well you are more than welcome to join Sabertooth if you like. Happy too."

"Happy, is back at Fairy Tail. I haven't seem him since the wedding."

"Well, I'll send a letter telling everyone at Fairy Tail both you and Lucy are alright. I'm sure they are worried about you both."

"Thanks."

Lucy was able to complete the job very easily. She took the reward when went back to the SaberTooth guild hall to tell Sting she completed the job and then go home.

She walked into the guild hall and before she can even say a word she was being hugged.

"N-natsu?!" Lucy said. "W-what are you doing here?!"

"I've been looking all over for you Lucy. You really scared me when you left and I couldn't find you. I looked everywhere I thought you would go. Mira would have killed me if I wasn't so worried about you, I actually scared her in her Satan Soul form. I addressed Gramps as Markov. I was a mess without you Lucy. Don't leave like that again please."

"Natsu.." She hugged him and was surprised to feel her shoulder becoming wet with Natsu's tears. "I'm not going back to Fairy Tail with you Natsu.... I just can't go back there."

"I'm going wherever you are. I refuse to leave your side ever again."

"You are married now Natsu. You have to go back." Lucy said now starting to cry as well thinking of Natsu and Lisanna living a happily life, and having kids.

"I left in the middle of the wedding to look for you. I'm not married Lucy. I wish I never fell for Gray's dare and asked out Lisanna. I wouldn't have hurt you if I did." He held her tighter at the idea of him hurting his Lucy. "I'm sorry Lucy."

"Natsu, can't breathe."

"Opps sorry."

Natus moved away from the hug and looked into Lucy's eyes. "I never loved Lisanna, Lucy. You are the one I'm in love with. Since the day I met you."

"I love you too Natsu."

Natsu closed the gap between kissing her lips. Lucy melted into the kiss moving her lips in sync with his. They pulled back when they needed air, resting their foreheads on each others.

"Come back to the Heartfilia estate with me. I bought it back, and a few years maybe less we can return together to Fairy Tail."

"I would love to Lucy."

A few years passed, three and a half to be exact. Natsu and Lucy Dragneel have left the SaberTooth guild in hopes of being able to return to Fairy Tail. Sting said if things didn't work out they would be welcomed back with open arms.

The married couple walked into the guild hall, with their hands intertwined, and saw that not much has changed. It is still crazy and noisy as ever.

It was Lisanna that saw the two walk in first. She looked at them both surprised. No one knew what happened to them after Sting's letter, they only hoped they remained safe.

Lisanna went up to the couple hugging them both.

"Where have the two of you been?!" She said stepping back from the hug to look at them. "You both had the whole guild worried!"

"Sorry Lisanna. We didn't mean to worry you or anyone else." Natsu said.

"We have been at the Heartfilia estate. I was saving up money for a long time to buy it back and I was finally able too. I joined SaberTooth to get jobs for extra food money. When Natsu found me he joined to as well as staying there."

"Now just one final question Lucy before I let you go and catch up with everyone else. Why did you leave that day?"

"B-because I.. I'm sorry Lisanna, I'm so sorry. I didn't mean for things to happen the way they did. I just couldn't watch it any longer. I was going to leave after anyway, I wanted to stay for the whole thing, I did, I just couldn't.... I never thought that Natsu would come after me."

"It's alright Lucy. I understand. If I had to watch, my husband Bickslow, marry someone else I wouldn't have stayed either."

Lucy hugged Lisanna and Natsu smiled at the two hugging girls. Lisanna broke the hug soon after, Natsu grabbed Lucy's hand again, and Lisanna called out, "HEY EVERYONE! NATSU AND LUCY DRAGNEEL ARE BACK!" Lisanna turned back and winked at the two just before all their friends came over to hug them.

Everyone asked questions like, what was the wedding like, how long have you been married, where have you been, and why didn't you come home sooner. They didn't have the answer to some the questions, although no one cared, they are just glad they are both happy, safe and have came home where they belong.
