(A/N): Wrote this a few months ago and forgot about it until now... I'm warning you know, it sucks  and is just plan awful and if I had time I'd re-write it, which I might just do after I finish the other one-shots I'm working on for friends, as well as my stories.... yeah... Lauren and her younger brother Natsu walked into Fairy Tail for there "first" day of senior and junior year.

"I can just smell, this is going to be a good year." Lauren said taking a deep breath.

Her brother laughed, "So can I, you started planning yet?"

"Of course I have. Get to class, we have a lot of work to do in about a month, remember big brothers Zeref's rule, little brother Natsu."

"Of course big sister Lauren. That goes for you too."

"I know, get to class."

The two walked their separate ways to class, Lauren got to her class first.

"Hi, I'm new here. May I sit here?" Lauren said to a blonde with a lightning scar.

"I don't care. Sit wherever the hell you want."

Lauren sat in the desk next to him, "The names Lauren, what's yours Sparky?"

"Did you just call me 'Sparky'?" The blonde said annoyed.

"Yeah, that bother you, Sparky?" Lauren smirked.

"You have no right to talk to Laxus like that!" A green haired boy who is sitting behind Laxus said.

"So your names Laxus huh? Who is the green haired dude? Your boyfriend?"

"That's Freed, he is not my boyfriend."

"Greeny seems upset." Lauren chuckled.

"Who are you to talk to Freed and Laxus like that?" A girl with brown hair said, who sits on the other side of Laxus.

"Didn't you hear me before? The names, Lauren, Lauren Dragneel. My brothers and I just moved here over the summer."

"You are the ones that moved into the old Haunted Mansion." A man with blue and black here who is sitting behind The girl with brown hair said.

"Yep, but it's not haunted. It was just really dusty. My brothers and I cleaned that thing all summer, we even had help from the maids... but it still took all fucking summer... oh, before you ask about money and shit, my parents left the money and shares in our names before they passed on, same thing with what they got from my grandparents, both sides."

"Well, I'm Evergreen, and behind me is Bixslow, you already get Freed and Laxus' names." Evergreen said - the girl with green hair.

"I bet we will get along well."

While Lauren was talking to Laxus, Freed, Evergreen, and Bixslow, Natsu arrived at his own class and took a seat in the back far from the open windows not bothering to talk to anyone, not yet at least.

"You are in my seat pinky." A man with raven said to Natsu.

"It's the first day of school, we don't have assigned yets. And the names Natsu, Natsu Dragneel.

"Gray, Gray Fullbuster, now get up."

"GRAY! Are you starting trouble on the first day of school." A 'scary' voice said from the next row of desks over.

"N-No ma'am."

"Scared of girl dude?"

"Oh just because I'm girl means I can't be scary?" the redhead said, in a scary voice.

"N-No ma'am."

"I'm Erza Scarlet, what's your name?"

"N-Natsu Dragneel."

"Now look who's scared." Gray smirked and took the seat in front of Natsu.

"Shut it ice freak!"

"Ice freak?"

"You smell like ice... Us Dragneel's have an amazing sense of smell...for example, I, smell like fire, Erza, well hmm she kind of smells like strawberry cake..."

"Are you calling me fat?"

"N-NO!  N-Not at all, you probably just had a slice for dessert or something."

"Are we talking about Erza's strawberry cake obsession again?" A girl with blonde hair said sitting in front of Erza - who sat next to Natsu.

"Natsu here says she smells like it... apartly he and his family has an amazing sense of smell." Gray said.

"Yeah, you..." Natsu narrowed his eyes looking at the girl, making her uncomfortable. "You must be a Heartfilia, you smell like the stars."

"How how did you know that?"

"I just said you smell like the stars. In one of the books that's been passed down for generations in my family, they said that all Heartfilia's smell like the stars."

"Salamander, you are here now too.... Are you an idiot to say that out loud?!"

"BlackSteel... long time no see cousin. You new to the school as well?"

"Yeah. You and the cousins throwing a Halloween party?"

"Of course we are, you and little cousin Wendy coming?"

"Of course we are cousin Natsu, don't expect me to be all that nice to you though."

"I wouldn't want it to be any other way cousin Gajeel."

The others looked at each other confused as the two cousins talked. The two soon realized and changed the topic all together, and the blonde hair girl name was discovered to be Lucy, Lucy Heartfilia.

It's been a weeks, and Lauren and Laxus started dating, as well as Natsu and Lucy. The two are on a date at the park - two different parks - the siblings also making sure that no one from there family sees them.

"Why are you always looking around?" Laxus said annoyed, at the same time Lucy asked Natsu the same question.

"My older brother doesn't want me or anyone in my family to date after what happened to the only person outside of the family he loved. She died, it was around Halloween. I lied when I said the house we live in isn't haunted, every house we ever live in is haunted with Mavis' spirit. Trying to save my older brother from himself since he blames himself for her death. He doesn't want the same thing to happen to us...we move every year since her death... So, I'm always looking around looking for one of siblings to make sure I'm not forbidden to see you." Laxus and Lucy listened carefully to their significant others story.

"I'm not going anywhere, you don't need to worry, nothing can kill me." The two said.

The siblings smirked as Lauren leaned against Laxus, and as Natsu held Natsu tight so she was leaning against him, both knowing that next week was there Halloween party, something that no one ever survives - only the people in there family.

"Big sister Lauren, what are you doing?" Natsu said as she stood outside the door they are suppose to meet their friends and significant other. Gajeel walking next to him.

"Shh, listen.."

"Halloween is tomorrow and we still don't know who the vampires in the school are..." A voice they recognize as Erza said.

"Why don't we invite Natsu, Gajeel, and Lauren to join us in finding them?" Lucy said.

"Because they are the most likely to be vampires." Gray said. "We just don't have the proof."

"It can't be them, we have seen them during the day.." freed said.

"I hate to admit it, but I think it is them." Laxus said. "Even worse, I think Lauren, Natsu, and there older brother who's name has never been said, is the princes and princess of the vampires... they are Dragneel's. There family was known to have dealt with vampires.."

"Natsu did know I was a Heartfilia on the first day by saying I smell like the stars..." Lucy said.

"It can't be them!" Levy said - Gajeel's girlfriend.

"It has to be.." Erza said. "Everything leads to them. Lauren never takes off that necklace and scared Gildarts into letting her wear it in gym, same thing with Natsu and that scarf, but how?"

"Red eyes..." Bixslow said. "Gajeel has red eyes, Lauren gave him a nasty look when she fast saw him for having red eyes, Natsu and Lauren must have flashed their eyes red."

"They did blink a few times when that happened..." Freed said.

"Oh god.." Lucy said. "Their Halloween party... my family has been trying to catch the vampires that through a Halloween party every year. No one survives those parties."

"We can't just not go... we need to bring our vampire hunting equipment.."

"Lauren is going dress up as a vampire.." Evergreen said. "How could I have forgotten that until now."

"Natsu is doing the same thing.." Gray said.

"So is Gajeel and is sister Wendy..." Levy said.

"We need to be on high alert during the party." Lucy said. "I'm sorry I got you guys involved... I should have kept in the family."

"It's a good you did Lucy, otherwise they would have gotten away it again." Erza said.

"They should be here soon actually... we invited them to hang out." Levy said.

"That's right. We can't let them know we know." Lucy said.

The cousins looked at each other not knowing what to do, this is the smartest group of vampire hunters they have ever come across.

"What do we do big sister Lauren?" Natsu whispered. All vampires have better senses the mortals, so their friends inside can't hear them.

"I... we need to tell big brother Zeref, he will call brother Larcade.."

"You have to be insane older cousin Lauren!" Gajeel whispered.

"Big sister Lauren, cousin Gajeel and I broke big brother Zeref's one rule.. brother Larcade will kill us for breaking is rule.

"So did I... we need to protect the ones we all know no matter how long you live, you only get one love. If the people we are with now really are them, we need to protect them, and just enjoy dinner after we know they are safe from big brother Zeref and brother Larcade."

"Alright."

The family walked in together and sat next to their significant others, not showing emotion towards them and everyone hung out like they didn't know sensitive information.

"Welcome all to our Halloween Party!" Lauren announced sitting on a table at the top of the stairs that split off. Two halls on each side, and another set of stairs behind each hallway. "Please enjoy yourselves! We only ask two things. The first thing, please don't go into our bedrooms, if you must go into a bedroom, the guest rooms are open. The second, please stay for my big brother Zeref's piano performance, it's a performance to die for. With that said, please, enjoy the party as if it would be your last! Happy Halloween!" Lauren jumped off the table and walked over to her friends with Natsu who was standing next to her while she sat on the table, her two other brothers on the other side of her.

"Well, what did you think of my speech guys?" Lauren smiled.

"It was good. A little scary, but it was good." Lucy said.

"It's Halloween Lucy. It's suppose to be scary." Natsu said flashing Lucy is signature smile, that she hasn't seen before because he usually needs to hide his fangs. Lucy couldn't help but smile back.

"Those fangs look real..." Erza said.

"It hurt like hell putting them in. I don't want to even think about taking them out." Natsu said.

"You put in fangs to Lauren?" Laxus said.

"Yeah, like little brother said, hurt like hell."

"Little sister Lauren, little brother Natsu, are these your friends?" Zeref said from behind his siblings. The two siblings gulped knowing they are in big trouble, they turned to see that Larcade is there as well.

"Yes they are big brother Zeref." Natsu said.

"Big brother Zeref, this is Laxus, Freed, Evergreen, and Bixslow. Guys, this is my older brothers Zeref and Larcade." Lauren said.

"And this is, Lucy, Gray, Erza and Levy. My older brothers Zeref and Larcade." Natsu said.

"The girl, Lucy, she's a Heartfilia." Larcade said. "Correct little brother Natsu?"

"Yes she is brother Larcade."

"Brother Larcade, they are our guests, be polite." Zeref said.

"Yes, big brother Zeref. My apologizes Ms.Heartfilia."

"Ah it's okay really." Lucy said creeped out.

"It's been a pleasure to the friends of my younger siblings, please enjoy yourselves." Zeref said before bowing slightly and walking away with Larcade.

Lauren and Natsu let out a breath they didn't even know they were holding.

"They are creepy.." Lucy said.

"Lucy!" Erza said.

"It's not like she's wrong..." Gray said.

"Why did they point out the fact she is a Heartifila?" Evergreen asked.

"O-Oh, old family history."

"Older cousin Natsu!" A girl a few years younger than Natsu said.

"Younger cousin Wendy! It's been to long."

"About time you got here younger cousin Gajeel and Wendy." Lauren said smiling at the two.

"What's with your family dressing like vampires." Gray said.

"Come with me." Lauren said. "Wendy, enjoy the party."

"Big sister Lauren, you can't be serious." Natsu said walked to catch up with her, there friend and cousin following close behind.

"Things have changed since I made a trip home yesterday."

"What happened? I'll tell you soon."

The group entered a secret room on the first floor, and Lauren locked the door.

"Alright, cut the bullshit, we know we know that we are vampires, and you all are vampire hunters thanks to Lucy."

"Big sister, where are you going with this. You know this isn't Lucy's fault."

"Well, it's her family's fault mom and dad are dead."

"Yeah, my parents to, what's your point." Gajeel said

"And our people. I went back yesterday... It's in ruins.  Brother Larcade couldn't keep it up because we lacked numbers thanks to the Heartfilia's."

"You're kind have killed thousands of innocent people!" Lucy argued back. "Every year with the parties you through, everyone here will die!"

"Because we have no other choice Lucy! You think we would kill them if we didn't need to! We aren't psychopaths! We are just trying to live! We are lucky we can sustain ourselves for a year from one party!"

"That doesn't give you an excuse for killing my mom!" Lucy said with tears filling her eyes.

"Both our parents' are dead! Because of your family" Lauren said referring to her parents and Gajeel and Wendy's parents. "And bullshit you mom's dead! I saw her yesterday in the castle... I think brother Larcade made her the general of the army or something.."

"No! My mom would never do that."

"Turn, and you will see for yourself."

"No way is Lucy going to be turned!" Natsu said.

"She's the one you broke big brothers Zeref one rule with... gutsy, dating a vampire hunter little brother."

"I didn't know she was one and you know that wouldn't matter. Remember what happened to Mavis."

"Mavis, brother didn't realize that he was successful in turning her though, big brother Larcade is hiding her in the castle."

"That's not possible!"

"It is."

"Cut the bull shit, why did you bring us in here? To yell at each other and tell us something we already know? That's not like you Lauren." Laxus said.

"Right.... You won't interrupt the party... if you think or ruining it, I know you carry weapons to kill us... leave them here where I will lock them away."

"That's not going to happen." gray said.

"It has to do, you don't want to cause chaos now do you?" Natsu said. "We've been alive for about 400 years, we've been in similar situations."

"What seems to be the problem here? The party is outside." Zeref said walking into the room - only Dragneel's can lock and unlock it. "Vampire hunters.. Why have you three not dealt with them?"

"Big b-brother Zeref.. Y-You see -" Lauren said.

"You broke my one rule didn't you."

"Yes, but brother Larcade has been lying to you! Mavis is alive! Big sister Lauren saw her yesterday! You don't even know what's been going on in your own Empire because brother Larcade has been lying to you!"

"We will talk about this after the party, for now enjoy the party."

"O-Of course big brother Zeref!"

They all scurried out of the room afraid of Zeref. Natsu, Lauren, and Gajeel separated from their friends and significant other, not to be seen them for a majority of the party, but their friends enjoyed the party anyway. During the time the siblings and cousins were away they made a decision they didn't want to come to about there friends and significant other, but they knew it had to be made to protect them.

"I'd like to thank you for coming to our Halloween Party! Before you leave, as promised, my older brother Zeref, will playing the piano, so please, find a dance partner and dance to the song. I warn you though, it might be difficult to dance as my older younger brother Larcade will be playing with the lights."

Before Zeref could start playing, Lauren ran to Laxus side to be his dance partner, Natsu already at Lucy's side. As Zeref started playing the lights went out, not do to Lacade, but the nature of the song, Larcade was standing by the door making sure no one comes in and no one goes out. With the lights back on, Lauren and Laxus, as well as Natsu and Lucy, Gajeel and Levy were gone. Not to long after, the lights went out again, Evergreen, Bixslow, and Erza were gone, the next time the lights were out, Freed, Erza, and her date Jellal was gone. The lights flashed again and Lauren, Natsu, and Gajeel stood by Larcade.

By the end of the song and the lights going on and of several times, everyone in the room was sleeping.

"Another successful party." Lauren said.

"May we eat big brother Zeref?" Natsu said.

"As you may. We've waited a long time for this."

Everyone that was in the main hall was dead within a matter of minutes, their bodies drained completely of blood.

"This was our best party yet." Natsu said.

"Yeah, I'd say so, I don't remember the last time I got to drink that much." Wendy said.

"Shame, we have to go back to the castle for the next two hundred or so years though.." Natsu said.

"There are complications at the Empire, maybe it be best to stay another year." Larcade said.

"I already know about them brother Larcade, I was there yesterday. Big brother Zeref needs to go back and fix your mistakes."

"Come brother Larcade, I must have an important discussion with you."

"Older cousin Larcade is serious trouble isn't he?" Gajeel said.

"Yes, yes he is. We need to get to the others before they wake up, or even worse, before big brother Zeref finds out."

By the time the three made it to their significant others, the girls were still half asleep so Gajeel and Natsu were able to turn them with ease, as for Lauren though, she walked into her room to see Laxus standing in front of her, arms crossed annoyed.

"What the hell happened?"

"Big brother Zeref's song puts mortals to sleep for a time so that we can feed without massisteria. You are welcome that I saved you, you know. If my older brothers got yo you before little brother Natsu or I could get to you, you'd be dead. Be lucky I took you away. The others are okay to just so you know."

"Everyone else that was in the main hall? That was almost all of the senior and junior class."

"There blood was very satisfying."

"You're a monster."

"You think I wanted to be like this? If I don't feed, I die. It's not my fucking fault I was born like this! We don't get to choose what or who we are, if you don't want to deal with me being a vampire fine! I won't turn you and I'll just kill you!" Lauren didn't know that Zeref was standing outside her door listening having flash backs of the same conversation he had with his "late" girlfriend.

"How do you know I'd want to spend the rest of my life as a vampire with you?! You were just going to do it?"

"Yeah! It was either that or you die! I'd rather you not die! I don't need to live with the guilt of knowing you died. I was going to do this to protect you, but fine, I guess you don't want to be with me anymore.... I guess I'll have to kill you anyway... you know to much to let you go..."

Lauren's eyes glazed over in tears shocking Laxus, he didn't know that vampires truly could cry or have real emotions, despite remembering the story Lauren told him of her older brother.

"Lauren, no I -" Laxus cut himself not knowing what to say next.

"You what Laxus?! You think just because I'm a vampire I don't have feelings? Damn it Laxus, I don't know how you did it, but in the two months we have been together you really made me fall in love with you!"

Laxus couldn't help but walk forward and kiss her, it wasn't there first kiss, far from it, but it was the first time this much love was poured into the kiss.

"I fell in love with you too. You made me capable of emotions."

Zeref walked away smiling as he went to see check on his other siblings know what they planned from the beginning.

Laxus lifted Lauren so her legs wrapped around his waist as he held her tight stumbling backwards to gently place her on her bed as they continued to kiss their tongues fighting for dominance.

When lauren felt the her bed hit her back she transformed into her human form, no wings, no fangs, and brown eyes.

"No, change back." Laxus mumbled in between the kisses. "I want to do this with the real you.."

Lauren was shocked at first pulling away from the kiss. "Really? A-Are you sure?"

"I'm sure."

Natsu was walking around the mansion when he saw Zeref walking towards him.

"Hello big brother, when should we prepare to leave?" Natsu said.

"We can't afford to stay for to long, since the police will be here by morning, make sure your friends are awake by then. I know you turned them, as well as your girlfriend."

"Big brother Zeref I-"

"No need for that little brother Natsu. You and little sister Lauren are responsible for training the new bloods."

"Where is big sister Lauren?"

"In her room with her boyfriend, you are not to go near her room until she comes out. Understood?"

"Yes big brother Zeref."

"Now go to your girlfriend, you should be there when she wakes up, the Heartfilia girl will not take this lightly."

It was a few hours later when Lauren ran into Natsu talking to an angry Erza.

"What's going on here?" Lauren said.

"How dare you monsters turn me into a life taking monster like you and your family." Erza hissed.

"You should watch your mouth in front of us Erza. Little brother Natsu and I are the prince and princess of the Empire, you should be dead right now, but instead you are alive just like Natsu, Gray, Lucy, Levy, Evergreen, Bixslow, Freed and Laxus. Any other vampire wouldn't have spared your life. You are lucky we consider you our friend, and with being the friend of royalty comes respect, especially for  a half-breed like yourself. Don't even think about talking badly to big brother Zeref, he is the Emperor. Little brother Natsu, we need to leave soon, make sure everyone else is adjusting to their new life nicely."

"Of course big sister Lauren.. Hey big sister, what happened earlier that big brother Zeref didn't want me and I'll assume everyone else near your room before?"

"T-That's none of your business."

"He said Laxus was with you."

"Wipe that smirk of your face and check on the others. I need to check on Laxus. Make sure Lucy doesn't try and harm herself then be a vampire since her whole family line is vampires hunters."

With another successful Halloween, the vampires use their super speed and make it to the Empire just before the sun rises. When the police arrive the next morning, they don't find a trace of anyone that was there the night before. For the next two years Fairy Tail didn't have a graduating class because they all died, every single one of them. That includes those that were turned, they are considered dead, but only they know they are undead.

~Four Hundred Years Later~

The Dragneel family is looking out at their empire with their significant others, it was grown and all the vampire hunters are dead.

"It's almost Halloween again." Natsu smirked. "Just enough time to enroll in school."

"Where should we start?" Lucy said.

"We go back to where it ended, then circle back around until we get to the place it started last time we started again." Lauren said.

"Back to Fairy Tail High then?" Laxus said.

"Ready for your first feast my love?"

"I am darling." Laxus said to his wife Lauren

"Princess Lauren, Prince Natsu, Emperor Zeref has everything prepared for everyone's return." Erza said.

"Thank you general Erza." Natsu said. "Let's go darling." Natsu said to his wife Lucy.

Once again Fairy Tail didn't have a two graduating classes two years in a row with another successful feast.  All of the new bloods - the friends that were turned four hundred years ago - were iffy about taking so many lives at first, but were satisfied in the end, and couldn't wait until next Halloween. Even Lucy, the ex-vampire hunter.
