He Was Abused As A Kid And People Thought He Was Just Strange For Believing In Other Gods Besides Their One God. So In 1205 A.D. He Stumbled Across A Group Of People, 4 Boys And 1 Girl. One Of The Boys Were Named Elijah Mikaelson. Elijah Saw How Bad Pierre Had It As Someone Who Looked So Happy But Felt So Bad And Used. Elijah Asked If He Wanted To Travel With Them For A Better More Happier Life. Pierre Said Yes And That Is When Elijah Bit His Neck And Pierre Was Turned Into One Of The First Sired Vampires
