Elijah has always been the type of person who needs to feel like he's needed. He loves helping and taking care of others, mostly because he never had people take care of him when he was younger. His parents never gave a dämn about him, and while he was being ignored, he felt like no one cared about whether or not he lived or died. Which is why he's so adamant on knowing people care about him. He may not show it, but he's really insecure. He doesn't feel like people could ever like him for who he is.

He's someone who'll seem a little cold and withdrawn when you first meet him, but it's not difficult to get him to open up. Although he is a little serious and strict, he can also be really playful and cuddly. He loves making people happy and playing with them.
