One Last Song..
The blind girl of Hopes Peak Academy found her way to the music room and turned on the lights. Iris felt a odd feeling in her chest but didn't know what it was.
Her solution was to play the piano to ease her nerves and feelings.
An easy way for her to get ride of the feelings she had. Sadness, loneliness, isolation...Fear. Those only a few she felt currently.
The girl found her way to the piano as if it was lurring her to come over. She sat down on the stool and silently pulled the covering off the keys to the piano.
The Brunette never really thought of songs to play, she just played whatever her heart was.
She hovered her hands above the keys of the piano and closed her eyes, even if she didn't need to, then started to play (the above song). A small frown played on her lips as she played the piano, thinking back on what had happend while she was at Hopes Peak Academy.
Lyon, his cheesy pick up lines he would use on her.
The second trail and death, she still thought it was all her fault.
All the deaths up until now.
All the time she had only having Green, her dear friend that helped her in steed of Lyon.
As Iris thought that her lips started to quiver and a tear went down her pale face. She opened her eyes again, and to her surprise, saw fuzzy blurred lines of what was in front of her. She still played despite what had happend.
She can see?
It's not much but...
This must mean something...
Ah yes, this off feeling of fear in her chest. Why was she feeling it? Why would she? She knows no one else would kill...
Right?
She has nothing to worry about. She can't be the next victim. No, don't think that, no one's that heartless to kill the blind girl.
Right?
Secretly, after Lyon had died, Iris didn't mind being a victim after that. She wanted to see him again. She needed to see him again.
But she couldn't unless someone could've killed her.
Suddenly interrupting her song and her thoughts. A door closed behind her. The silver eyed girl froze for a while and thought who would be there.
"Hello..?" She asked hesitantly.
"Relax Iris, it's just me.." an all to familiar voice said.
Iris let a soft smile appear on her face, her back still facing the front of whomever was there.
"Ah Green.." she said not really having a worry anymore.
....right until she felt a piercing pain in her back.
Of course Iris was shocked, why wouldn't she be? Her closest friend here had killed her. She thought...
The beautiful silver eyes paled and blurred if possible and coughed and spit up blood and fell back and landed on the floor.
Fortunately, Iris was still conscious, she wanted to know who killed her. The girl opened her eyes one last time.
She could see.
Finally she could see.
All thanks to her killer.
When she opened her eyes she saw green hair and a sad expression. Iris let one last smile dance onto her face and said weakly,
"Green...you got...what you wanted...to hear me play...and I got what I wanted..." the small girl trailed off for a second and coughed, "I...I got to see....and be killed by...you.."
The smile was still on the former SHSL Blind Pianist as she died.
She smiled.
She was happy.
She got killed.
She got to play for her best friend.
She could see.
She got killed by her best friend.
That was all Iris wanted for a death.
For once after entering this hell of a school,
Iris was genuinely happy.
