Personality/traits: he's what they call a giant softie, with just some social anxiety, feeling quite shy when meeting new people. He's protective over the kids at camp, always knowing when something is wrong, he'd sit them down to chat, listen to their problems to give some advice.

Background: he grew up in Berlin, staying there for a couple years, working in the military, he made it up the ranks. He had to retire from his rank, after an injury left him with a limp. He moved to another country, where he decided to work as a camp counsellor, preparing himself for this job.

Family: deceased (an accident a long time back when he was little. He was in the foster care system.)

Likes: hiking, sprinting, playing games with the kids at the camp, telling some stories from when he was in the military (he has a lot more then he can count.), the nicknames he gives the kids (most in German.), nature, and meditation.

hobbies: photography (found he liked taking photos of nature.).

Dislikes: seeing the kids hurt, loud noises, fireworks (reminds him of explosions.), sour food.

Why did they decide to work in camp?: used to run a squad of soldiers as a sergeant, and for a time, had always wanted to try and teach kids, after he left the military for a medical reason.

Is it their first year at Willow Creak: no. He's been there for one year, working as a counselor when he was 24.

Strengths: has good stamina, doesn't take anyone's bullsh*t, medical training (CPR, knows how to administer an EPI pen for those with allergies.), sign language (for those hard of hearing.), keeping things organized.

Weaknesses: forgets where he puts things sometimes (not all the important stuff. Just sometimes might lose a couple misplaced things.), speaking English (not one of his first languages. Has some difficulty.), sometimes enters his own little world in his mind, losing track of time, and loud noises.

Their main work: running exercise and training courses. Sometimes helps in creating games. Runs practice drills incase of a fire.

Reputation as a counselor: the go to person to talk to with a problem, or needing time alone from everyone else. Has a little area in his office, that's set with blankets and pillows, some noise cancelling headphones and plushes. Always has a medical kit on him, replenishing it.
