"You coming Rin?" The scarlet woman asked as she walked to the door with a towel around herself.

"Probably not." She answered as she gave a soft smile, looking into the hotsprings from their window. The blue haired teen gave a confused look, tilting her head.

"Why does Rin-chan not want to go?" She asked in her sweet, innocent tone, keeping her towel closed with a single hand as she stood next to the female knight. Rin only shook her head as she responded softly, "No reason Juvia."

Her exceed joined the other girls along with a blonde as the four femals stood at the door.

"Well, okay then. Come on down if you change your mind." The blonde spoke before the three girls and exceed left, heading down to the springs. Down their, the two boys waited as they leaned against the rock edges of the warm water.

"Hey Luce! Erza! Juvia! Over here!" The pinkett called as as he raised his muscular arm from the water, signaling the three girls. His blue companion walked over the Rin's own exceed, both chatting as they hopped into the water, removing their towels. The girl hopped in, taking off their own towels as they sat in the steaming water.

"Hello Natsu, Gray." Erza spoke with a soft smile as she sat a bit closer to the two boys than the other two girls.

"Where is Rin?" Gray asked as he looked at the girls, then Erza. Natsu looked at Gray secretly, giving him the slightest look of hatred.

"She's-" The blonde's almost cocky voice was cut off by another, shy and sweet one as it spoke, "right here."

They all looked to the entrance of the spring, Rin standing there in a white rob with her extremely long locks let down over her left shoulder, her bangs covering her non-scared eye on the left side of her face. Natsu gave a small grin as he looked at her.

Her soft smile was erased when she let out small sigh, turning to the side so her knee length hair covered her body as she removed the covering piece of clothing. She made sure her 'parts' were covered by her long hair as she stepped into the water.

Everyone at her as she lowered herself down into the water, so not even her shoulders were showing, just her neck and head.

Te group all began to talk about something else. But soon, everyone started leaving, even the exceeds, leaving Natsu and Rin alone. Rin sat back as she kept quiet, running her hands over her arms and shoulders under the water.

"Hey Rin?" Natsu asked as he broke the awkward silence, staring down into the water.

"Yeah?" The teen responded as she avoided his gaze. Natsu scooted a bit closer to her, but stopped when she moved away from him.

"Rin, come here please." He asked kindly, his warm hand extended to her. She looked at his hand, then him.

His wet spikes falling down, his bangs covering the bridge of his nose between his eyes as he smiled kindly with a small blush applied to his face.

She took his hand in her own before he carefully pulled her close to him, wrapping an arm around her shoulders. She wasn't that nervous about him seeing her body, it was what was on her body she was nervous about him seeing.

Natsu carefully placed his other hand on her arm, his thumb tracing over her guildmark. He then moved her hair, spotting the hideous piece of art wark on her back.

All of those scars, millions and millions of them it seemed. His eyes couldn't help but stare.

'He's looking at them! W-why isn't he saying anything!'

"Your beautiful Rin. In absolutly every way." He smiled as he glanced down at her.

He used the hand that was connected to the bandaged arm slung around her wet shoulders to lift her bangs off of her forehead, revealing her face to him as his lips softly pressing themselves onto her soft, wet skin. "And I love everything about you. Becuase no matter how many scars are on your body, if they ever reach he amount to the number of stars in the sky, they will never add up to the reasons why I love you Rin, never."

She looked up at him with a soft blush. She had never known how her best friend, her crush, had really felt about her, and now she did. She smiled before she softly placed her lips upon his, sharing a warm, sweet kiss after she whispered a few, meaningful words,

"I love you too, Natsu."
