Here's a short (a very short one) for all of you:

Standing strong is not a must.

Putting on a mask is not needed at times.

Pretending, acting is bad if you use it all the time.

We humans don't have to be strong.

We are strong together.

We are strong when we tell our stories.

So let down your walls.

Take off your mask.

Let the pain fall away.

Then, you'll feel relieved.

You'll feel happy.

As if a burden has been taken off your shoulders.

It has, to be honest.

Telling it to a loved one tells you that you don't have to hide.

You don't have to act.

Just be honest.
