Daughter of Disbelief
Genre: Fantasy
Summary: Pen and paper. That's what it took to cause discord and panic in the land of Agéa. Not dragons or war, but a mad King. The bond between mortals and Conjurers broken forever.
Screams were heard, families were torn apart and pyres burned...
Megana is a social outcast. A victim. A survivor. A Conjurer.
Twenty years after the events that scarred her, all she wants is to break free from her chains. To be free. It all seems impossible, that is, until she meets a stranger. A silver-tongued merchant who seems to know more than he's letting on.
In a world where no one is safe, she must learn to trust while also learning about a world she only saw from the outside.
But something more sinister is coming and threatening to destroy the pillars on which Agéa was built on.
Will she lurk in the shadows for the rest of her life, or will she stand up and fight?
+ Cover
It seems to be quite generic yet suits. Though I do think that it isn't as appealing as it should be.

+ Title
I am not sure what to make out of the title. It is an unusual one so that is a good thing I guess. But at the same time I found it slightly
awkward sounding.

+ Summary
I like the first part of it. The later part is more simple. The vagueness of the summary will interest the readers. But I have to admit that it is a bit misleading. I expected her to be a peasant girl with powers but then Chapter 2 proved me wrong.
If that was your intention then its fine.

+ Plot
The plot seems to be intriguing. It is certainly not something I have come across before.

+ Characters
Megana: I think she is a very well developed protagonist. She doesnt know how to read? Or maybe she learnt some other language? You wrote her very realistically and that is always a plus.
Arbitio: Nothing much is said about him but I guess he is the baby of the group.
Dagaric: The Leader.
Stavros: Reminds me of Snape for some reason.
A very unique bunch of characters and I am curious to learn more about how they came together, why and all that.

+ Chapters
The first chapter certainly caught my attention. I was lapping it all up. The tension was really palpable as I read the story. Normally I am not a big fan of such stories but I have to praise you for the way you have written it.
You didn't immediately start from the girl's pov but allowed your readers to dwell on the King's personality with according to me is a big bonus.
The fancy names kind of slip my mind and I have a hard time remembering who is who.
Is Basewin the king? It sounds so but then it doesn't make sense for him to use the conjurer's for something he could do himself. At the same time it explains the harsh punishments being dealt out.
I still don't understand why were they punished if they were successful but I am guessing it has more to do with malice than
anything else.
The story seems to be really interesting though I can do without the medivial names (Of course, thats my personal opinion and since it is a story of that era it isn't possible.)
+ Conclusion
A really nice read with good grammar and framing of sentence. Realistic protagonist, evil king (who doesn't like this?) who is not related to tbe protagonist (yet), a gang of conjurers.
